Excellent customer service. The red velvet muffin warmed is amazing. The strawberry Matcha is delicious. It gives calm, soothing coffee shop even though it’s attached to a gas station. The decor is so pretty.

I visit this cafe every week, the service is great and the staff are so friendly. The coffee’s are amazing, a little on the sweet side for my taste, but i love it nevertheless. There is a diverse menu that has different foods, coffees, teas, and other assortments to satisfy anyones cravings. The atmosphere is cozy as well, but i would recommend they expand the store so more people can sit indoors when its cold or rainy outside. They also have a drive thru for those who need a coffee on the go. Overall, this is one of my favorite café of all time.

Of all of the nearby coffee shops, this is hands down my favorite place! The interior is so cute and the baristas are really nice and attentive. I mostly drink decaf and they have a decaf roast that is so delish that I like to buy so I can make coffee at home. They also have yummy baked goods and breakfast sandwiches! I would definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the area.

Temp has a great environment to chat with a friend or work on your laptop. The noise level is just enough to feel comfortable doing either. There is also an outdoor space if you need it. There are a few outlets to choose from if your computer needs juice. I had the drip coffee with almond milk and stevia and it was delicious. The servers were very friendly, helpful, quick and gave great service despite being very busy.

For context, I have frequented here for over a year, so this isn’t a one-off review.

Temp is a really good spot for early morning coffee ventures, as both the food and the coffee are well-prepared, and the staff are amazing, diverse, and nice individuals.

This business would receive 5 stars, but near lunch, especially around 3 p.m., there are usually people setting up for events that happen late in the day. This requires many customers who patronize this establishment to be displaced, often leaving. Karaoke, bands, DJs — all of these require **half** of this business’s available seating space in order to perform. Even then, these events generally happen after 5, yet the vendors routinely arrive extremely early. Then THEY ARE ALWAYS RUDE! Rude to the staff. Rude to the customers. They force you to move, set up around you, touch your belongings, etc. These people are never reprimanded, having multiple events in spite of this. They also interrupt the staff, playing loud music for the sake of “testing” FIVE HOURS PRIOR TO THE ACTUAL EVENT TIME.

I do not understand how this is acceptable for the owner; however, how they run their business is literally their business. This is just wild.

I have attempted to be a regular here; however, this is the main deterrent. These rude and aggressive vendors routinely interrupt any meeting, conversation, etc., making it difficult to be a regular, albeit I still frequent here early morning ONLY.

My advice is to only come here prior to 1 p.m. given these issues (even then, you may receive disrespect from vendors). Otherwise, I suggest the drive through, but if you MUST buy coffee and sit, I would suggest Morning Cafe or Elements. The restrooms are also shared with a convenience store and are usually unpleasant and not well maintained. It is definitely better than a back-road convenience store in design, but I would say the maintenance is worst. There is never toilet paper, hand soap, sanitizer, cleanliness, etc.

Love temp in lee County. The new one though, needs better training before I go back. Can’t get a threat level made like the other temp (4 times in a row) This is constructive criticism. Don’t want it to be negative. I understand new places take time to settle in the standards. Espresso can take time to learn. I’ll give another chance in a few months.

I am new to the area and had the opportunity to experience Temp coffee for the first time by visiting their location on Dawson road. Excellent menu options and great staff. I was assisted by a young lady named, Peyton and staff were all very helpful and nice. So far the Cookie Crunch is my favorite frozen coffee drink. I will definitely be back. My only request would be for some sort of loyalty program for customers.

$8 for a cup of lemonade that is 90% ice. Would not recommend at all. And then they ask you for a tip. What’s the tip for? They did their job. Why do people spend this much?

I always have an amazing experience here. I wish they had one in every town. The staff is great and the coffee is way better than big brands. I highly recommend and I’m gonna keep going back.
