This is my 3rd time staying here at the Hyatt Regency. I had the pleasure to have Melissa as my waitress both weeks. It is so nice to wake up to her big smile in the morning. Nothing is too big or small to ask. No matter how busy or short staff it might be, my OJ or coffee never runs low. Thank you for always giving it your best! They are really lucky to have you.

We really enjoyed the TusCA restaurant and ate there for breakfast two days of our trip. Our kids really loved the Mickey Mouse waffles, and the buffet was very good as well. The staff was also very friendly.

Excellent waiter in the evening. Good food overall, but the chef needs to learn to make an Italian sauce!!!! It tastes like he opened a can of tomatoes and a can of paste and added pepper and garlic salt. No complexity whatsoever!!! Even a simple marinara can have some complexity to it, but not this chef. His/her Arrabiata is the same. Too band, because the shrimp in it was good. The Chicken in the chicken Parmesan was also very good. The sauce ruins it.

Staff were friendly and automatically filled hot drinks once you had finished it. There was a lot to choose from on the menu: pancakes,waffles etc. Although the breakfast buffet was a bit pricy (€25pp), there was alot to choose from!! Food includes pancakes, churros, plain/seeded bagels, toast, muffins, fruit, chocolate swirl, croissants, whole/2%/low fat milk, cereals, eggs, sausages, bacon and more!
