Absolutely brilliant customer service from the time we stepped in.
Karla served us, and she was lovely and helped us choose options based on our preferences. She was also very optimistic when we shared we shared some feedback, which was such a refreshing feeling.
The food was nicely done, and we enjoyed the meal. The seating arrangement is interesting and we can’t wait to get back.

It has really nice ambience and the staffs are nice. Erika attended to us and she was fantastic, very friendly, made the outing fun. Food was great but my friend’s jerk chicken was too spicy. Cocktail was fantabulous

We have been twice now for bottomless brunch and the team were amazing. This time we were served by Tamzin and she was fab. We were never without a drink. When we first got there she explained it all to us and how it would work. We have been to other places for bottomless brunch before but this place is definitely the best! The food is always lovely and the drinks are great and the atmosphere and staff are great! We will definitely be back.

Vicky was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and she genuinely cared that we had a great time. The service was fast, professional, and full of personality, which made the whole experience even more special.

I ordered food from Turtle Bay recently as I wanted to try something different. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was extremely poor.
I ordered a burger, cod in sauce, corn, fries, and rice. The rice was either not cooked at all or was very old — it was hard and completely inedible. The fries looked as though they had been sitting for a long time; they were cold, stale, and not fresh at all. The burger was so disgusting that I had to throw it into the rubbish bin. Only the cod in sauce and the corn were acceptable to eat.
If you are offering takeaway service, please respect your customers and remember that some people order food for their children as well. This level of food quality is unacceptable.
I will never order from this place again and expect this complaint to be taken seriously.

I tried to resist going to this place since, from the outside, it looks a lot like the touristy places we have in Miami.
But the food blew me away, I had the Curry Goat Hash. Can you use the word sublime with a dish like that? Every component of this dish was done perfectly.
