We visited the Del Toro Tapas Food Truck at the Italian Festival at Laurita Vineyards. It was delicious! Their Brochettas De Gamba ( shrimp marinated skewers on garlic bread) and fish & chips were great. Also had their lobster crochets and chicken skewers.

When I say RUN DONT WALK ! To Del Toro Tapas ! I was at a seafood festival when I had the pleasure to try this food truck , I ordered a sampler which came with chicken steak and shrimp . When I say it was the best blend of spices and texture that I’ve had for n a while . I immediately looked them up and found out that I have to make a trip to Brick Nj lol. 100/10

We visited the Del Toros Tapas Food Truck at the Middlesex County Fair. We ordered the Brochettas De Pollo. The service was stellar in that the young lady ensured to plate each dish with care and consistency. The presentation was beautiful. My only critique is that the chicken was dry. Potentially using a chicken thigh for this dish might have made for a juicier entree.

The sampler was fantastic; chicken, shrimp, steak, it was all super fresh and each had their own unique flavoring
The tostones were incredible
Couldn’t suggest hitting this place more and couldn’t be more disappointed they don’t have a physical location I can just pull up to any time!!

Great food!! Staff very pleasant and welcoming * Even remembered me from a prior event! Food is DEPENDABLY muy buenoooO!! I was at the Washington Street Fair in Tome River. A month ago had the pleasure of sampling their food at Monmoth Racetrack. Excellent!!!
