We hired Turbo Taco for our wedding in St. Paul after having Turbo Taco at our friends wedding! They seriously did not disappoint. Jay was super easy to work with and very communicative. The food is AMAZING and he has a great variety making it easy to have vegetarian options as well. Our guests loved the food truck as something fun & unique at the wedding. Would highly recommend hiring Turbo Taco for any wedding or event.

Every time these guys come to my work, I sit and wait for the window to open. Their buttermilk shrimp taco is to die for. The crunch of the buttermilk paired with the sweetness of the mango and the mild spice of the sauce makes it addictive. Every time I finish my food I’m tempted to go back for more, no matter how full I am.

Had the good fortune to stop by this food truck while on jury duty. After a day of sitting inside a government building it was just the thing I needed.
I picked up the 2 taco combo and was impressed with both options and the size of the tacos themselves. I went with the chicken taco and shrimp taco.
The chicken taco had a classic pulled chicken flavor with Pico, lettuce, cheese and an awesome spicy ranch sauce.
The shrimp taco had a really fresh and vibrant citrus flavor to it and the shrimp wasn’t overly breaded or bogged down with oil.
Both were awesome options and it only took about 5 minutes for my order to be ready to roll.
Great lunch spot for large portion tacos which taste fresh and delicious! 10/10 would do jury duty again for these.

Turbo Taco was one of our food trucks at our wedding and we wouldn’t have it any other way! Jay was very responsive during the planning process and he helped us craft a menu that works with our concept! It rained on our big day but he still served AMAZING tacos and our guests are still raving about it till today!!

Turbo Taco’s truck was at a wedding my wife and I attended yesterday. I thought I had already tasted the world’s greatest taco. Until yesterday. The pork taco with mango salsa is an other worldly experience and then the barbacoa is as good or even better. The guys in the truck were awesome.

My girlfriend and I had the turbo tacos at Wild Mind Ales and it was amazing. The people in the truck were so friendly and our order from start to finish took 4 mins maybe 3 to receive.

AMAZING. The staff are super chill but maintain a good pace in placing and preparing orders. These are some of the best tacos I’ve had from anywhere (I recommend the fish and braised pork tacos especially). Incredible value for what you get!
