Zoey (shift leader?) and her team had no idea what was going on. Check in 3 minutes after projected completion time and am told my wings are getting sauced and will be out shortly. No worries, they provide my pizza and wait patiently. Orders come and go but after 15 minutes, I have seen enough. I check them on what they told me earlier, it was not accurate and the young staff scramble to make it right. Unfortunate that my pizza has sat out for 15 minutes due to lack of a streamlined process. They offered to remake it but we all have lives and I had people waiting on me. Just poor execution from A-Z. I hate to cause a scene because we have all been there but damn who’s advocating for me? The team needs to get back to basics.

I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut every Friday or so for the last 2 years and they have been the most consistent, high quality pizza I’ve had. Recently ordered a pepperoni thin crust for pickup – while I had to wait a little bit because it was busy, the food was fresh, hot, and accurate. They always check for accuracy and make sure you are all set before you leave. There is a guy who works the front who has been there for a while and you can really tell his dedication to the place as his service is always to the same quality as the pizza – top notch.

Ordered a pizza on Halloween. What an experience. Not sure how this place could keep up with the demand. Wait times were crazy but the staff was on it. Keeping their cool and getting the job done as fast as possible. Great job Indian school, keep those employees happy because they have what it takes.
