The customer service at this panda location is definitely top notch. I only ordered the orange chicken and fried rice but I know most people come to Panda for the noodles. Overall experience was great and the food was good.

I have not had Panda Express in a long time. It was okay. I ordered on app and picked up. Ready in no time at all. The noodles are not as good as I remember. Stay away-Horrible service! Pulled in the drive thru at 910pm, the car in front of us took 10+ mins to order, then I pull up and the guy says give me 5mins, so we wait, I order a bigger plate with fried rice. HE says we close in 10mins we’re not making any more rice or chow mein, guy was completely rude. I pull away, if your going to be open until 930pm your customer should be able to order the food they want! Save yourself and avoid this location! Went to another location 5mins away at 936pm and they close at 10pm. They are making us all fresh food!

The people were alright, the bot that takes the drive-thru orders sucks. If it was put in place to save time then it failed because I have to talk to a real person to fix my order, every time. Panda Express could have used the money spent developing that crap on employment for real people who can navigate the basics of speech recognition that the bot can’t.

Went here after a long 12hr shift. Got dinner for both my husband and I. I had told them our two plate orders. They told me I had to wait for the steak and that was fine.. didn’t think I would have to hover over them to give me the right food. When I got home my plate was right but my husband had three different carbs on his plate w/ a the smallest scoop of black pepper steak. For his plate I asked for orange chicken and the steak.. we were so upset because my husband was hungry but didn’t get what he wanted. I rather them ask me my order again then have them guess. Or guess I’ll have to hover over them when pouring my food next time.

ordered a double shrimp steak and chowmein, the quality and the portion is just absurd, the chowmein is so dry im not even sure if they cooked that noodles, the shrimp and steak was always good thats why i ordered double but the portion size is too small sometimes its so inconsistent.

Order from here all of the time via DoorDash. Surprised to find a piece of bent metal in my food then went to my other dish to find two tiny pieces of meat and 10 or so pieces of broccoli. Might have to move on from this location which is sad.

Food is great here just about ever time. Only critique is the rice. Sometimes it’s spot on, other times it’s not fluffy and a little hard meaning whoever is on rice just needs to make sure the temperature being used to cook it isn’t too hot and that they add enough water
