Grabbed lunch inside the Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport and it was a solid experience overall.
The wait for the food was a little longer than expected, especially when you’re watching the clock before a flight—but once it arrived, the burger delivered. Cooked well, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot.
Not a rush job, but a decent meal in an airport setting, which honestly puts it a step above average. If you’ve got a little extra time before boarding, it’s a perfectly good option. ✈️

Prices are very reasonable for an airport for food/drinks as my mimosa was only $8. There is a side grab and go section available if you don’t want to wait for bar food. The options for lunch are pretty decent and the bar was popping with people as it’s really the only restaurant in the small airport. The service was really fast, friendly and attentive. Since there isn’t a Sky Club in this airport, it was nice to have a great place to eat and drink before my flight!

Had a bacon breakfast burrito that was pretty legit. Real bacon. Real eggs and real cheese in a light toasted tortilla . Warning the burrito was the temperature of the sun but still ate it. It could have been bigger for the price however it’s an airport. What can. You expect!

Great place to grab something before your flight! Service is extremely quick! Even though there was a line wrapping around the place they got everyone’s orders in and out quickly and efficiently. My chicken salad sandwich on a croissant was fantastic! Staff was also extremely pleasant and the prices were actually not bad considering it’s an airport.

It’s the only restaurant here, but pretty good. My garden burger was freshly cooked as were the tater tots. But just like other airport food it was incredibly expensive. $22. I should have brought a sandwich .

Tried buying a single sandwich on a Croissant, but there was no way possible to make it. The only way was to buy a double sandwich.
They preferred to lose the sale of 4 Breakfast all together than pleasing their customers and maybe charging extra for choosing a croissant.

Do. Not. Get. The. Cubano. The pork is some kind of greasy pulled pork in taco seasoning, and the end result is… Not good. Service is fast and cheerful, and it’s kind of the only option at CHO, but… Try a burger instead. Or a pizza. Or literally anything else. Also have a bar here and to go items, plus a TV showing departure status.

Had a bloody mary and orange beer here this morning. Our poor server was alone and had to manage the food side and bar. She was so apologetic and got our drinks to us as quickly as possible. Wonderful bloody mary and beer!
