Asked for a kids meal with fountain drink, the lady said does not come with a fountain drink. Only a juice box, milk, or apple sauce. So we got apple sauce. On the board the price for a kids meal is 5.29 on the receipt they charged 5.69
And Charged for a juice box. I told them we did not get a juice box and they refused to give me a refund because we got an apple sauce but it says apple sauce and drink included. And on the receipt it also says kids meal -small fountain drink (which the lady said is not included) and we did not get. I was tired of arguing because of the language barrier and their refusal and just decided its just best to avoid this place and not spend money here again. I have pics of prices and receipt.

I asked for ranch plus extra ranch and got literally the tiniest drop on one side of my foot long. There is basically none on my sandwhich. I asked for pickles plus extra pickles and got literally 3 pickles on the entire sandwhich! This is so ridiculous. I paid for the sandwhich, delivery fees, and tip and got a sandwhich not even worth eating.

I am very disappointed with the treatment my husband and I received. After submitting an online order through guest checkout and my card being charged, the restaurant said they didn’t see the order. I logged into my account and resubmitted the order. I was on phone with my husband while he was in store. He had to call me THREE TIMES because they wouldn’t give him my order unless he could show them my name, even though he had a screenshot of the entire order WITH the order number. The churro I ordered was GROSS. I called to get the managers name on duty, they said a name, wouldn’t spell it, Hung up in my face and stopped answering the phone
I don’t know where the first charge went and they won’t answer. This is ridiculous!

I agree with all if these reviews. The place is clean and the sandwich has a very high probability of being spot on. Some of the employees are very nice, some not so much. I always get the same sandwich, every other time, the black olives and/or bell peppers are not-so-fresh. Live that there is a drive thru.

This used to be THE Subway to go to in town. We have enjoyed them for years. In those days it was a 5 star operation.

They must be under new ownership: Raised prices, stopped taking coupons and suddenly they are super stingy with veggies. We have been a few times since the change. Consistently bad now. What a bummer.

Update 12/27- Our kiddo wanted Subway so we gave them another chance. It has actually gotten worse. Today my foot long sub was adorned with four cucumbers, four jalapenos, and four pickles. SO STINGY. They gave me a dirty look when I declined to tip. We won’t be back.

I drive for a living, so I’ve been to just about every Subway on this side of Missouri and Kansas, and I can tell you without a doubt this is the best Subway around. Believe me, I am VERY particular about my sandwich. The staff is fast and friendly, after stopping in just a few times they remembered my order and greet me with a smile. The toppings are the freshest I have seen from any Subway, always nice ripe tomatoes etc, and always orderly and presentable. The store is always clean and charmingly quaint. This is how a sub shop should operate.

I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience at this Subway location. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. And on top of it, they are always fast. Even when they are busy, I haven’t had to wait more than a couple minutes. I’ll go out of my way to go to this location because their customer service is amazing!
