Omg why know one told me about this restaurant. Today me and my family had the opportunity to dine at Tumble 22 over on Texas Ave. Street in Houston Texas. We had Makayla has our sever and she did an amazing job. We told her that this was our first time visiting and we recommend some many great opinions. The manger even came over to greet us. The atmosphere was well welcome and looking to come back in days to come. Oh yeah asked them if you dine in what’s the special for the month. Shared some of our meal just in case you wanted to see for yourself .

I was working in the area and decided to head over after seeing the great reviews. I am so glad I did. The chicken was amazing! It came to my table piping hot and was so delicious. The Mac and cheese was also fantastic and some of the best I have had from a restaurant. Really cool vibe inside and great service! I for sure would visit again if in the area!

Food is always hot and fresh . Atmosphere is nice and music not to loud service is fast and attentive. My wife had the breast and wing combo I had the southern chicken thigh sandwich really bot of ours and hot just out the fryer and there dirty fries were real good . Second time here and it won’t be our last ,oh yeah the mac and cheese and collard greens were very good also and flavorful.

From the second that we walked in we were greeted with warmness by the manager and that carried over into our waitress Makayla. Unbeknownst to us they offer a complementary sampler plater with 5 different sides and 2 different types of chicken which was not only such a thoughtful touch but also made picking our entrees much easier. All of the food was absolutely delicious and their “Big Larry” margarita was as well. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone and would definitely be coming back regularly if we were local to the Houston area but we will make sure to make it a stop anytime we’re here!

I love!!! The chicken is so good, soft, crispy and spicy. I highly recommend the Mo’ Hot because it is a perfect spice. Perfect pairing with pickles, white bread, and a side of crisp fries! BTW, the tenders are quite literally JUMBO! Great portion. The only thing was that the wait time was a little longer than expected.

Trumble 22 is a great restaurant for fried chicken… They are so tender and evenly fried. Their fries are perfectly salted and the staff are very nice!!! There is inside seating and 4 tables of outside seating. On rush hours it is quite busy but not too loud. They are known for their fries, fried chicken and sandwiches… overall the restaurant is very good so we hope to come back soon!

Let me start off by saying this is our first time and as soon as we entered the building the vibe was very nice. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. Once seated our waiter ELIJAH was so helpful, knowledgeable and gave us great customer service. He was very polite and pleasant. Thank you ☺️ We definitely took some time to decide what we wanted. Food was really good and not over seasoned. Our overall experience was 10 and we’ll definitely be back.

I was at the courthouse for jury duty and this is the only spot nearby. What a treat though. I knew I wanted the fried chicken with fries and greens and I’ll tell you what. The chicken was so crispy, you could knock somebody out with the leg. I just couldn’t get enough. The fries were also crispy. The The greens were something else. Just the right amount of spice, tender, a bit Smokey and flavorful. Again, Could not get enough. Will definitely be coming back! Again and again.
