It was my first time coming here and I swear this is the only Italian restaurant I’ll ever go to in town now. Everything was delicious, well seasoned, and melt in your mouth. We had the Shrimp Scampini for the appetizer (the shrimp were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious, if I could buy that sauce in a bottle, I’d keep it stocked) and I ordered the Village Platter(1/2 order lasagna, Italian sausage, pork, angel hair, oil & garlic) and a pumpkin spice martini (sorta taste like pumpkin pie filling, was really good). The pork literally melts in your mouth, the lasagna is well balanced, the Italian sausage was delicious, the pasta had the right amount of oil and garlic. And the portion size was quite generous! I’ll be eating this for the next couple of days. The service was amazing, too. We had Danielle as our waitress and she was on top of it. Whenever our drinks were low, she was right there with a refill (didn’t even have to ask). As for dessert, we ordered the bread pudding and tiramisu. The tiramisu was really good and it wasn’t overly sweet. The bread pudding was delicious according to my father. Some of the best he had. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. The manager was amazing too.

Just went in for the first time. I have Celiac’s disease and have to be very careful where I eat. Many restaurants either don’t offer selections or treat it as a joke. NOT THE CASE HERE!! I had the best Gluten free fried chicken I’ve ever had. You could not tell the difference. They have many choices for gluten free and they treat it seriously. The Server was also fantastic. We will absolutely be going back many times!!

Been here twice, shrimp scampi & noodles was to die for. Came back to try more, got the steak. . Its wasn’t bad just not as tender as I had expected. Lobster tail add on, $36 wow.

We had a group of 22 bombard Tucci’s on a Saturday night at 6:15. We did make a reservation and they placed us in the private dining room (but they did not have it walled off). We had 10 children and 12 adults.
Tucci’s staff was gracious and split the bill up for us (which was amazing), since we had 8 families there.
The food was very good. For their main entrees they offer unlimited salad/soup. I ordered the Crab Cake Pasta dish. It was delicious with large portions. Several in our group ordered the lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs, and bruschetta. The bruschetta was AMAZING!
The service was great. The waitresses stayed on top of water and refills.

Sweat Less Travel
I will say we’ve had up and down experiences with this restaurant over many years. But lately they’ve really stepped up their game. I recommend you give Tucci’s a try, especially if you haven’t been there lately. Note the credit card surcharge which is disappointing for a higher end place.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I’m Italian and gluten sensitive, which is a HUGE bummer, as you can imagine lol I’m also new to the area, saw a review on FB about Tucci’s and their GF options. Mind blown! Had to try them out!
From walking through the door to leaving, everything was absolutely phenomenal! Very polite staff, great cozy atmosphere, fun drink menu, pipping hot, delicious food with GF options. Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner date night! Thank you all for working so hard at what you do! We appreciate businesses and people like you!

1st the bad and then the good. Went last Saturday evening at 5:30pm. 4 of us, we were told an hour for a table. Well 1 hour turned into 2 and a half hours. Finally seated in the main room then waited almost another 30 minutes for a waitress to come to the table. We were informed that there had been an issue with one waitress stealing 2 tables from another waitress, which happened to be one of the tables we were sitting at….all in all way too much drama and waiting for some food.

The food at this place is top notch, if not the best Italian food I’ve ever eaten, it’s damn close. I had the brick chicken. Not sure why it is called that, but who cares what they call it, IT WAS AWESOME. All 4 of us had something different to eat. We all raved about the food we had; we all took home enough for a full meal the next day. It was just as good after the re-heat the next day.
I will definitely be going back again. Next time we will go earlier for sure.
ALSO…..THIS PLACE IS A LITTLE TRICKY TO FIND. Follow your GPS and then turn into the Wingate Hotel parking lot and drive around to the back.

We’ve been here now a handful of times and they have been busy every time. Each time was a great experience. We never had to wait very long. The hostess is outstanding. She is very friendly and checked on us a few times to make sure a server came by. The servers are friendly and attentive. The salad and bread always comes out fresh. We absolutely love their muscles that they have on special sometimes. We like ordering them as an appetizer. The only suggestion I would make is putting the muscles on the menu full-time.

Tuccis is the place to be if you’re in Bourbonnais! From the atmosphere to the staff to the amazing food you can’t go wrong. My favorite dish Frutti De Mare wasn’t on the online menu but when I arrived it was a part of the house favorites so I felt like I already hit the jackpot.
Best Frutti De Mare I’ve ever had. The amount/variation of seafood paired with the spicy sauce over the linguini is a seafood lovers dream. Do not miss this dish. Jackpot was hit indeed.

Food was Delish! I changed my chicken parmesan red sauce to a lemon wine sauce and it was incredible! They have a pasta bar that seems to be very popular. Highly recommend!
