WORST PANERA ever!!! order sandwich was suppose to have heavy greens had maybe 3 strands! I asked for more MCKENZIE threw it on there. I then asked why there dressing was that was suppose to be on it she attempts to open container then starts pouring over my hand I just said here I’ll do it! She then continued to glare at me and talk about me the whole time we were eating
When i asked her name to talk to manager she said it’s MCKENIZE don’t forget it! Horrible management that allows these KIDS to treat customers this way!

Ordered a cookie that was completely burnt. They gave me a new one, and this was what they considered “not burnt.” The employee said this was their standard. Panera has definitely gone downhill.

Nice Panera Bread with a good staff. I had a reward that was a bit hard to figure out but the manager did his best to make sure I got it. I had the Toasted Frontega Chicken which was delicious. Wife had Southwestern Chicken and a cup of Creamy Tomato Soup. Which was solid as usual.

Overall it’s a decent place to eat. The tomato soup is creamy and warm, but the warm bowl are made with frozen products and you can feel that. The avocado wasn’t defrosted enough to be eaten. It’s good that they still have vegetarian options.

I ordered the group portion of the Autumn Squash Soup, which is my favorite soup!!! The taste was off somewhat. I endured that ok, but my soup was luke warm at best. It was a huge disappointment! Especially considering, I was driving through. I couldn’t just pop it in the microwave and heat it up. Otherwise, I typically would recommend Panera.

We bought an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and an egg, cheese, and bacon breakfast sandwich this morning. There was hardly any egg on either sandwich and the bacon was so thin you could see through it. The ciabatta was burned partially and hard. I was so disappointed and we were too far away to turn back(we were passing through on a road trip). The food at all Panera bread restaurants have been declining in quality and taste for years and prices have been increasing so we rarely visit this establishment. We thought we would give Panera bread another try. We shouldn’t have. People were nice. Took a bit long for our order, but I am understanding regarding this issue.

I’ve been twice in couple weeks, the first resulted in a credit. After using the credit I’m still disappointed. The staff do not care. It’s painfully obvious by the presentation of the food, their attitudes and gossiping about other staff, and the pure filth of the place. Debris build up on shelves, fur on the wall behind the sandwich toaster, soot all over the toaster, and the mens restroom looks like a dingy truck stop out in the middle of no where. Seriously wondering when the last time corporate visited this store and if they even looked at anything when they were there. The condiments by the drink bar have had so much soda spilled in them they are stuck together in clumps. This would be a great store if the staff cared at all, starting with the GM.

They are not keeping the same level of quality every time I go there. One time the coffee is watery and the second time is fine, so on and so forth.
I experienced many delay orders, rude customer service, and bad behavior workers.

Ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and it was a solid 3 out of 10. No taste or anything. The BBQ sauce tasted like a cheap nasty one, the chicken had no taste whatsoever the cheddar cheese was basically nonexistent. The only reason I’d say a 3/10 is the Red Onions being nice. That was it. Wouldn’t come back. Extremely disappointed with this purchase and with the brand that I had high hopes for.
