The food we ordered was very fresh, and the fried dishes were perfectly crispy without any oily smell. The batter was light and thin, so nothing felt greasy. The sauce on the rolls wasn’t overly sweet, and the rice was well-prepared — the grains didn’t clump together and paired nicely with the toppings. The staff thoughtfully kept our warm tea refilled, which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable meal. My friends were also very satisfied and are already planning to visit again.

I recently had an amazing experience at Tsuki Sushi Bar Coquitlam. The food was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were honestly some of the best sushi I’ve had in Vancouver. Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, making it a perfect spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. The server was very kind, attentive, and highly professional, making the entire experience feel smooth and flawless. I don’t think there’s any sushi place in Vancouver as great as this one! All of the dishes were beyond amazing. Their special rolls are hands down the best (especially recommend the Lion King Roll and the Red Dragon Roll), their sashimi and even the oysters were incredibly fresh and flavorful, far better than anywhere else I’ve been to.
I absolutely recommend trying their cooked dishes too. The tempura had a perfectly thin batter and stayed crispy for a long time without feeling greasy at all. The yaki udon was also a great addition to the meal!
Accessibility wise, there’s plenty of parking space and is located at a safe neighbourhood, making it a perfect spot to enjoy welcoming meal with family or friends. Staffs are suuuuper kind as well.

Great little sushi shop in Coquitlam! We’ve been to the downtown location and loved it and was so excited to see it in Coquitlam. We came here just for the tsuki dynamite roll and it did not disappoint!
