I go to subway often because I enjoy their food. This time however I was not so happy. I ordered a foot long flat bread. We all know how they make there sandwiches and they put the meat the long way of the foot long. This lady did not, she made it short ways. I asked her did they change the way they make sandwiches and she said nope it’s just how I do it. I was like okay, maybe it will be okay. I was wrong. She then rolled it up like a burrito, if I wanted a burrito I would have went to chipotle. My subway burrito was 7 inches long but I had to pay for the foot long price. I am just in shock of how it was made. Not happy at all.

One of my favorite subways in alliance. Its usually quiet and the dining room is very spacious with big comfy chairs. I imagine it was set up with big crowds in mind but not sure how often it sees those.
The staff actually have the time to make your sandwich without a giant rush. It seems like its always a steady flow of customers instead. I think it makes all the difference because the sandwiches are always great and the ingredients always taste fresh.
Tea is good here whether it be sweet or unsweet. I’m sad that they no longer carry soup though.

3 star because Yall need workers at 530- close. Wild to think one person is back there STRESSED doing it all. Customer service was shaken with her but I understand one person can only do so much. Do better managers…

Went to grab a tuna sub at this store around 1:15pm. Woman working was very polite to the prior customers, but when it was my turn to order she suddenly complained about needing a break. I am an African American and the entire store was full of Caucasian Americans. Not sure if that was the cause. Then after me she was right back friendly with the next customer. I literally smiled and said nothing before I was served and as I paid. I placed my order and walked out immediately. While she was serving the next customer, he asked her why she was suddenly so upset. She looked him in the eye, something she did not do with me, and said her boss left the store dirty and didn’t take out the trash, she wasn’t getting enough hours, on and on. But why take it out on the Black woman who said nothing other than smiling and placing my order? I won’t be back. Food was fine but the nasty attitude was completely uncalled for. And I still smiled and thanked her as she made my food paid and left.

I went to subway for my two children who wanted kid meals. Both ladies making sandwiches were very kind and polite. Service was quick as usual. The only concern I have was when I was when everything was getting rung up I notice there was a charge for a toy. When I paid and handed the bag, there was no toy. I question where the toys were and I was told there was no toy. They refunded the extra charge for the toy. Just beware of what is being charged for your meals. Again both workers were kind and understanding with quick service, just watch what you are being charged for.

(2/26/23) I’ve never written a Google review, but the worker today was very unsettling. She kept trying to make jokes like “no you can’t order that”, “you would order that”, or just staring at me for 30 seconds. At the end she actually got mad at me for not laughing at her performance. I just had to grab my food and walk out while she was actually chirping at me for not laughing? Strangest Subway trip of my life.
