Came here for lunch and it wasn’t crowded. Interior was simple and neat, and the kitchen was visible.

Menu was short and sweet, thus it didn’t take long for me to decide my food. I had the Hokkaido croquette as appetizer. It had pumpkin filling and came in two pieces. They were fried perfectly and tasted good. I had the black garlic tonkotsu ramen in regular size (either regular or large) too. The broth didn’t have an aromatic black garlic flavor, but the noodles were cooked right.

They have daily deals placed on the tables, so do look out for them before ordering.

Parking lot is big and easy to get a parking spot.

The restaurant is spacious with many seat and enough space for a comfortable dining. I ordered takoyaki for appetizer, miso tonkatsu and limited-time yuzu bream ramen. They were good with flavorful broth, great texture noodle. The food did not take too long and the services were very nice!

First time here and we will be back! We had the Hokkaido croquette for our app. It was crispy and slightly sweet, a perfect light start to our meal. My husband got the Chicken Katsu Don Rice Bowl and I had the Pork Katsu Curry. Everything was sublime. I have been missing true Japanese food and it was like stepping back into Japan. One thing I have been searching for is a Katsu that is actually thick. Most restaurants in Houston will do a thin cut which dries out easy. They do it right here with their cuts being around 1” thick. Can’t wait to be back!

My wife and I come here pretty often, and today we had the tsukemen and the ramen. Both were absolutely delicious — just as good as the Tsujita in Japan. We were very impressed and totally satisfied.

Angelo, who took care of us, was very kind and attentive. Great service and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

This is really the only place I can think of in Houston that does ramen similar to what you can get in Tokyo. They also have a lot of other dishes that are hard to find here like authentic Japanese curry. You can also get the killer noodle which is basic spicy dan dan ramen. The rewards program is also great and you can get all kinds of freebies for dining here consistently.

I ordered the spicy ramen, and it was pure perfection from the first bite. The broth had a deep, rich flavor with just the right amount of heat — satisfying but not overwhelming. The noodles were cooked to a perfect chewiness, and the toppings completed the dish beautifully: tender slices of pork, crisp greens, a creamy soft-boiled egg, and a subtle hint of butter melting into the broth. Every element felt balanced and intentional.

The service was friendly and attentive, and the pacing of the meal was just right. My drink — light and refreshing — complemented the ramen perfectly, cutting through the spice and rounding out the meal.

Overall, this restaurant is more than just a spot for great ramen; it’s an experience that engages all the senses. From the stylish design to the bold, comforting flavors, it’s a place that reminds you why ramen is more than food — it’s a craft.

Tokyo-level ramen in Houston

Hands down the best ramen spot in all of Houston — I can totally see why they have a Michelin star in Tokyo!

Karaage bun — soft, pillowy bun with perfectly seasoned, crunchy, juicy chicken and a delicious sauce.

Chicken ramen really stood out too. Clear, flavorful broth, fresh veggies, no funky chicken smell, and noodles that taste handmade. My wife got the Black Garlic Tonkotsu, and she said it reminded her so much of the ramen she had in Tokyo — rich and aromatic.

Naruto-themed décor was super cool, and the overall aesthetic plus the quality chopsticks really elevated the experience.

Service was fast, and the staff were courteous and honest with their recommendations.

Definitely worth the hype — I’ll be coming back for sure! ⭐

I had a great first experience here. The food is solid across the board, both the appetizers and entrees were excellent. You can tell there’s attention to detail in how the dishes are prepared. It’s definitely a spot I would come back to.

The atmosphere is very cute and thoughtfully put together. The decor gives it a cozy feel, and even the server attire adds to the overall aesthetic. It all feels intentional without being overdone. It’s also very clean inside, which I really appreciate.

Our server, Angelina, truly put it all together and was the cherry on top. Since it was my friends’ and my first time, she walked us through the menu and gave thoughtful recommendations after asking what we liked, which made ordering seamless. She was attentive throughout the meal, checking in regularly to make sure we were enjoying everything, but never in an intrusive way. I’ve had experiences where servers interrupt mid-conversation, but she had great timing and made us feel taken care of without feeling rushed or bothered.

Me and my friend were hanging and spontaneously decided to come here and try the food. I got a Katsu Don Pork Bowl which tasted painfully bland and the pork had an unpleasant stench as if it was old, the only thing that made the bowl edible was putting soy sauce all over the entire bowl. My friend ordered a noddle bowl in which the noodles were over cooked and lumped together. The atmosphere is pretty but I spent 18.99 for a bland pork bowl which is what sucked.
