They changed their take-out cup carrier from a carton cart to a plastic one; however, the plastic carrier doesn’t have a sturdy base. Whenever I take out drinks from this place, the carrier wouldn’t be able to stabilize the drinks, and it would be really hard to carry the drink around. Especially when you drive around with it. I like the tea and the services of this place, but cheaping out on the carrier is really disappointing.

Amazing food and drinks (love me some taro milk tea, or brown sugar Boba ,) but I feel like every time I come in, it takes them 10 – 15 minutes to make my order. Came in for lunch with people a few times and it took just over 20 minutes for them to get out 2 orders of food each time.
I know that doesn’t sound like much, but I always come at low – traffic hours, so there’s no one else here. Maybe 1 or 2 other people but still… Even getting one drink can sometimes take 10 almost 10 minutes when there are no other customers.
As someone who has worked in food service and has taken a peek at what’s going on in their kitchen, I know it shouldn’t take this long for most of the orders I make.
Again, LOOOVEEE the drinks and wings, and most of the time it’s worth the wait, but some days it feels like my order has been forgotten 🙁

Tsaocaa is the first milk tea shop I’ve found that closely matches the flavors I used to enjoy in my home country. Their milk teas have a familiar and authentic taste that stands out from other shops I’ve tried. I particularly enjoy their Matcha Green Tea Slush with Milk Foam and Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Oreo, they’re so rich, well-balanced, and incredibly satisfying. I also appreciate that they allow you to customize the sweetness level to your preference, which enhances the overall experience.

Cute boba and fruit tea shop with great hangout vibes. Their passionfruit tea was really refreshing but I’d recommend going 50% sugar (everything here is a bit too sweet, including the food). Sweetness aside, the chicken had a good crunch to it and my favorite dish was the Hong Kong egg waffle – so fun to break apart and share.

I was so excited that this cafe opened. Love the cute interior design and chill vibe they have going on. Lots of choices and flavors on drinks. If you love flavored teas, milk tea/ boba tea, mochi donuts and bubble waffles you must come check this out. I didn’t get to try the chicken this time around so I am going to come back. The red bean bubble waffle so good. Texture was on point. Slightly Crispy outside, chewy on the inside. It was freshly made to order. It was Definitely worth the caloric intake. Great location. Right across from Walmart.

I got the chicken teriyaki bento box. The chicken was dry, tasteless & overcooked. Had just a light teriyaki glaze on the chicken. I’ve had alot of bento boxes but this is definitely the worst. Maybe they are known for drinks or had an off day but I wouldn’t recommend the food.

Dainty and chic cafe that serve a variety of specialty drinks and snacks. My personal fave is the lychee green tea and it comes with lychee fruit pieces. Cafe is clean and restrooms are well kept too. Been here a couple of times and it’s now my go-to for bubble tea in Richmond. Cafe has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff are courteous. There’s plenty of parking out front. 10/10 would recommend.

Craving for a tasty boba. Tried Tsaocaa’s new matcha strawberry drink with boba. Very yummy! I recommend! Easy to order by machine. Didn’t have to wait long. Next time I’ll try the fried chicken, bubble waffle, or ramen! Today was for just a little snack after a short hike.
