This place is super cute and the acai bowls are delicious. Perfect option for these hot summer days. I went at lunch time and they were extremely busy so the ladies working suggested we call ahead next time and they would have it ready for us upon arrival. Watch out for the entitled “Karens” though, there were a couple of them throwing tantrums about the “portion size” If you want more pay for a larger size!

This place does make great bowls, although the service has always been horrible. Amelia, in particular has always been rude and will be a reason why I won’t come frequently. And regarding the response received; I can understand why the rules are in place. The reason why I asked if you could substitute granola for coconut, is because I am allergic to coconut and I accepted it. It is interesting that you assume it is about the pricing or substitutions, it is about the lack of customer service or care. That has never been my problem, it is couple occasions where I have had a bad encounter. Most recently, I brought my friend in to try her first Acai bowl and was hopeful the service would be better. My friend is deathly allergic to nuts and asked if there was any within the bowl. She was met with a lack of care for an serious allergy, and told that she didn’t know or care. I find this negligence a problem and I hope that more care and compassion can be taught. It would be something to consider about being more respectful to those who do have allergies but still wanting to help your business.

I come here 3-4 times a week and just get açaí after working out. Overall the food is great but as of late the portions have been super stingy, what was a large is now a medium in portion same from medium to small etc. As far as customer service some girls are friendly some not so much(one in particular who’s super passive aggressive). I’d love to see the portions be corrected or charge a $1 more. There’s a new açaí spot coming down the road so hopefully this changes.

We were going here daily or every other day. The portions of the bowls dramatically decreased in size in the past few weeks, bowls are now half the normal size. With the exception of one or 2 people, most of the girls that work there are in high school with bad attitudes and lack of manners. They act careless and unprofessional. Lack of customer service. I feel like they are bothered especially if you need to make an adjustment to the bowl or add/substract ingredients.

I have been here a few times and never had an issue. However, this time it was the worst customer experience i’ve ever had. We had 3 teenage girls who helped us. They were screaming about high school drama instead of helping us and other people out. We heard their entire conversation and it was very unprofessional. The bowls are amazing just not the workers.
