For those that love God’s chicken, this place is amazing!! They have an actual sit down restaurant with a new additional menu items. My favorite there is the chicken and waffles! Yum!! On the fast food side try the sweet potato casserole!! I wish I could have it at Thanksgiving dinner!! Only once I’ve had an employee pretend not to see me asking for help. But the manager is so nice!! And I’m a fool for excellent customer service, so I appreciate the excellent manners that is the backbone of this chicken restaurant!! If you are new to Rome, this is a must go place!!

First let me say I applaud the workers standing outside taking orders in this HEAT! Secondly, this particular location never fails me at how fast and accurate they are with their orders. Always in out no matter how long the line is when I arrive. Last but not least, Chic-Fil-A is the only restaurant that I ever get any of my milkshakes from!!

I was back in Rome for the first time in a while and it’s the first time I visited here since if it was remodeled and they removed the Dwarf House. I loved the Dwarf House, for sure and I missed it. Truett’s is certainly modern and updated. But is really just a big ‘ol Chick-fil-A with a few more things in the menu. It was really good, though. And the service was – as always – great.

I do doordash so I am in there constantly. The staff is always helpful. Management is always making sure that people are taken care of. It’s just one of the best Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been to. And I say that as someone who’s lived in 11 different States.

Really not impressed. This was our first and will probably be our last Truett’s experience. We were excited to try the extra menu items, but the service here was far below what we have experienced at any and every other chickfila. I still had to go to the counter for refills and sauces I requested when placing my order. The Food was really just ok, nothing that would justify coming back and waiting as long as we did. We were there during non-peak hours, and it took us almost an hour from the time we entered to the time we finally were able to leave. It’s a no for me.

This location used to play Christian music in the dining area. No more! In the last year the food quality and attention to detail (no requested sauces, wrong drinks, drive through order incomplete or wrong) have been common for us. We’re at this location at the very least once a week because of scheduling. This isn’t a one time visitor or once a month visitor review. We’re there a lot.
