Definitely ask for Walker! I loved loved loved the jambalaya pasta ! Thank you for such a great suggestion.
Water was mid, but the brussel sprouts were great!
Unfortunately, they would be the only good thing we ordered. One friend ordered a sourdough pizza, which came out cold, paper thin, and miraculously lacking cheese. After talking to the server, the kitchen didn’t hesitate to make it right by bringing an equally poor pizza in minutes…it’s the thought that counts I guess.
Next, another friend ordered a burger & fries gluten free. I know gluten free buns are known for their lack of stability, but the rock the kitchen served was a tremendous overcorrection. Additionally, the buns alone cannot be blamed for the lack of flavor in the meat or the fries coming out raw.
Lastly, I ordered a cajun pasta. Cajun can be hard to perfect, but I’ve never been served an oversalted and under-seasoned scampi with poorly deshelled shrimp until I came here.
I could probably look past all of this if the service was prompt or the prices matched the quality. It took almost 40 minutes to receive our orders with the restaurant nearly empty and the prices, while not eye-watering, were absurdly high for poor quality & small portions.
Town Center has plenty of great choices for food. This place is not one of them. Steer clear.
Try out the Edamame Dumplings, Charred Cauliflower and Thai Shrimp Lettuce Cups. The dumplings were my favorite!
Arrived , got seated and within a short time Dimitri our server introduced himself and asked few questions and we advised on our dietary restrictions and what would he suggest. He was v knowledgeable and we ordered based on some his recommendations and some we wanted to just try out.
Loved the house salad that had the best dressing! Everything was fresh and crunchy but more importantly balanced that nothing was powerfully seasoned! Also the cauliflower was yummy. The airfried fries with the 3 dipping sauces that we were able to choose too were delicious! BTW…. The sourdough pizza was was amazing but the dessert the passion fruit tart is a must . Overall the Name True Food Kitchen speaks for itself! 5stars plus
