It was my first time here, and I wasn’t sure what to get, so I went with a classic small italian. A small is half a loaf of bread, which is 12 inches! For only $9, I’m full and satisfied. Nice clean shop in Pennsauken, friendly gentlement taking orders and offered recommendations on what is popular. Meat is freshly cut and sandwich constructed upon ordering. First time having a hoagie where the veggies were on the bottom and meat on top tucking inside like they are hugging the veg.
I read reviews that the cheesesteaks are supposed to be decent as well as the meatball sandwiches. Will stop back in to try those and possibly bump this up to 5*.

Went to this shop after seeing a YouTube review. It’s an old Italian delicatessen that can use a little décor updating. The staff wasn’t overly welcoming but they were ok. Nice size sandwich menu. They cut their meat on the thicker side which is a pet peeve of mine, I prefer thinner slices of meat but it was good quality. The bread was fresh, chewy and soft. Authentic provolone cheese and salami. The ham was average. The tuna salad hoagie was good and fresh. I’m a Jersey Mike’s girl but Troys is a good go to as well. Only thing is they made my sandwich upside…it was weird but you’ll see it in the picture I posted.

We catered through Troy’s for a grad party this weekend. The kielbasa and sauerkraut was the absolute best my family has had, and we are Polish, so that’s saying something. We had sooo much food for such a great price. We did the kielbasa, baked ziti, hoagie trays, fruit salad and a pasta salad. Everything was delicious! Rolls and fruit were fresh. Definitely recommend!!

Troys is definitely the spot you get ya money’s worth the tuna is bomb the bread always soft my only problem with them is they don’t make hot sandwiches on Sunday no cheese steak but still definitely 5 star

I never tried troys until I got with my boyfriend 12 years ago lol and been coming here since..i have to say..if I want a cheese steak.. I’m coming here first! The best hands down in the area..I crave it so much..I just get sad when they run out of meat or rolls and it messes up the rest of my day ..Iguess that’s what I get for telling everyone to eat there lol
