Bland food, lacking flavor. I arrived at 7:30pm so maybe it’s bad timing on my part but the food was mostly ok at best. Even the mac n’ cheese was bad. Many of the meats served were dry. The staff was nice and the restaurant looked/clean. For $19.66 with water and tax, I expected better.

What a wonderful way to start the day, we’ve been to Golden Corral, many times in the evening at lunch never tried breakfast. So we tried breakfast and who would greet us CJ with a wonderful smiling face great personality and so helpful in every way. And then who do we see when we’re done and full…we see her again, shes one of a kind don’t know what you guys would do without her, she’s waited on our table in the evenings but it was a surprise to find her greetings at the door. she’s amazing.

Decided not to cook for Christmas this year. I love the food variety. Of cotton, the candy machine was broken. The place was clean. Our server was attentive and professional, despite it being busy. I’ve been to Golden Coral restaurants in Orlando and occasionally to the one on Normandy in Jacksonville. This was my first time trying this location, and I was not disappointed. I’ll visit again.

This was a very nice experience. Great food and great food selection. The Salisbury steak is highly recommended. Our server was spot on with refills and clearing the table. Overall is was a very pleasant dining at this locations. Absolutely no issues.

Golden Corral – Blanding Boulevard
I was extremely disappointed with my overall experience at this location.
Unfortunately, the food was not hot, did not taste fresh, and several items had an unpleasant aftertaste. The temperature and freshness were well below the standards I’ve come to expect, especially compared to other Golden Corral locations I’ve visited.
That said, I do want to highlight the staff—they were friendly, hardworking, and clearly doing their best. The service itself was not the issue at all.
Sadly, the quality, freshness, and heat of the food really overshadowed the experience. I hope management takes a close look at food preparation and holding standards, because this location did not reflect the quality typically associated with Golden Corral. Maybe that’s why the place had very few patrons.

I am reviewing just the breakfast buffet. My husband and I had a great breakfast. We went when they opened at 8:30 and were the only ones there. They already had some lunch food out but they also had all kinds of breakfast items – hot foods, sweet foods, juices. They had everything we were looking for, it was good, and it was only $10 for weekday breakfast buffet.

It’s been a few years and highly disappointed. The bathroom alone is a disgrace. I can’t believe what this place has turned into. The ranch was flavorless and watered down. Enough so we got a whole new salad with different dressing. The food is comparable to nursing home food as my family has worked in nursing homes. Never again. Service was great and the ladies were kid and attentive. The food, the cleanliness, the cosmetic appearance of the restaurant is just gross and falling apart. $50 for 2 people is wild too.

I have always enjoyed eating at GC, and was an assistant manager in Panama City,Fl GC in 2005. But, this was somewhat of a disappointment. There was very little organization of the food items, for instance, why would you place refried beans between a pan baked fish and roasted potatoes or mix squash and zucchini with sautéed bell peppers and onions? Bread pudding (hard and heavey) drenched in sweet sauce on the salad bar next to tartar sauce for fish that’s on the far side of the next food bar? The meatloaf had nothing like onions or peppers baked in, only instant brown gravy on top. The labels were totally wrong, nothing matched any food nearby. Some of the food was dried out on top,and the dessert choices were few. I won’t be referring or visiting there again.
Our server was very friendly and did her best handling the volume in the entire section she had. The server was the best part of the visit.
Im editing this review for the fact that the owners reply wasn’t even genuine, just a form copy that I saw repeated many times to other reviewers. This just proves exactly that the poor quality of food and no pride by the kitchen staff is tricked down from the top. It is so sad that this franchise bears the Golden Corral brand name. I know the standards expected by corporate and are not being met in OP.

Overall the food was pretty good. It’s just your typical American fare and there is a tex-mex section and a salad section. I had one item I didn’t like. I thought it was chicken, and then maybe fish, but it tasted like neither. It was porkchop and bone, but it was mostly breading tbh.
