The Everything Stuffed Bagel Minis were a standout on the savory side, packed with flavor and perfect for pairing with the coffee. I added hash browns, which were hot and satisfying, and rounded things out with a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles that brought a fun, classic sweetness to the mix.

Today had a horrible experience. I order a head so my drink could be ready by the time I get there. I was in the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes! Noone was answering the speaker and when they did they told me to wait. Then they finally asked to pull by the windows, and it turns out my drink was not ready. Keep in mind by the time I order on my phone plus the time waiting in drive thru it was about 20-30 minutes and my drink was not ready? Plus the clerk did not even said thanks or even apologized!

This is by far the worst place I have ever been to. I strongly advise never going here — the service is terrible and honestly feels like a scam.
I clearly told them three times that I cannot eat bacon due to a severe medical condition. Despite that, they still added bacon to my sandwich. When I went back to get it corrected, the employee named Judy was extremely rude. Instead of taking responsibility, she started calling her own crew “dumb” and brushed it off as if it was no big deal. How is that okay when I specifically said multiple times no bacon because of my health?
Then the district manager showed up and told me, “Who can see the future if something happens to you?”
That comment alone shows how careless and unprofessional they are. If something had happened to me, they absolutely would be responsible.
This experience was unacceptable, unsafe, and disrespectful. I will definitely be taking this further and considering legal action.

I’m really disappointed with this Dunkin. Every time I come here, they struggle to understand my order even when I repeat it clearly multiple times. Today was especially frustrating. I kept getting told to “wait,” and when they came back, they still couldn’t get my order right. It completely killed the mood. When I finally said politely, “It’s okay, thank you,” just to leave, the employee gave me attitude. Honestly, if the job was done correctly, I wouldn’t have been walking out in the first place. Really upsetting experience, and I’m definitely reconsidering coming to this location again.

Went in yesterday with my girlfriend, who has a gluten allergy. Dunkin is typically accommodating, we just check out whatever almond milk they use to make sure it’s okay. If it’s unfamiliar, we scan it with an app that tells us allergens and issues, it’s also how we do grocery shopping to double check for safety, we’ve never had an issue before.
First, the older man behind the counter refuses to show us what almond milk they use, and when another associate shows us, he gets mad and curses us out in Spanish, telling my girlfriend that she can go to hell. It’s 2026, almost everyone has some level of Spanish knowledge. When asked for a manager, the other employee said that he was the manager, and refused to provide his name. Absolutely ridiculous situation.

Every SINGLE time I come to this Dunkin there’s some kind of issue. Long waits, missing items, double-charges. To avoid an issue today I came inside, and saw 1 person out of 7 people actually working. Took 10 minutes for my coffee and they didn’t seem to care that everyone in front of me had already left with their orders. Do yourself a favor, skip this Dunkin (and the forever wait time you’ll have), or go to Starbucks next door.

❌❌WARNING GUYSSSS DONUT GO HERE!!!❌❌Just look at the other reviews with terrible service and food quality listed. THIS ENTIRE SANDWICH WAS ROTTEN. Luckily didn’t swallow any. when i went back for a refund i asked for a manager and was told they only work mornings so that kinda makes sense as to the state of the store. Clearly the manager has given up on this location… please pass it off already! Or the owner! I have literally never received anything to this degree of grotesque. They are not properly storing FOOD ITEMS WHICH IS REALLY THE ONLY JOB THEY DO. NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!☠️☠️

An unexpectedly nice spot to catch up with old friends. Nice Dunkin’ / Baskin Robbins combo store. Clean, comfortable, and friendly helpful employees. Pricing is fair, products are fresh, service is prompt. Seating area isn’t huge, but it’s comfortable. Handicap accessible, clean restrooms, and a super busy drive through. This was a good pick, a good visit, a good experience.
