I ordered the kale & the dressing was awful. How about asking if a customer wants your mustard dressing? Burned my mouth. I ate 1 bite & tossed in cafe garbage. It would hv been great plain. And your 3 cheese was good just very thin & that sauce was very hot/spicy. Smoothie – still trying to figure out weird texture…feels like silicone. I was SO looking forward to finding a great place. Gonna say this isn’t it.

I really like how the store has turned out. The new boss Alex is a really good boss and she is making the store do so much better than I have ever seen. I really would recommend going here. It’s really clean, the food is so delicious and the staff is friendly. But I just want to make the Hugest shout out to the store owner Alex, she has really turned this place into the best tropical smoothie cafe that I have ever seen. This store gets a 11/10 for being the best ever!!

I was so excited to see a location open closer to me and went to try this location today, only to unfortunately be incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food they gave me. The smoothies were not quite the right consistency despite me picking them up as soon as they were put out, but the most annoying issue was opening my pb banana flatbread to a DISASTROUS mess. WAY too much pb and honey, causing it to spill out and make both the inside and OUTSIDE of the wrapper. I usually don’t take time to make negative reviews but as a food service worker myself I know something of this quality shouldn’t have been allowed to be sent out to a customer and should’ve been remade. Especially considering how pricey tropical smoothie is, save yourself the trouble by driving a few more minutes to a different location

They put a sticker on top of my lid that does nothing but block the straw hole. You can easily just peel the lid off. I know cause the lid was put on loose and it exploded all over my carpet.

Loved this place! Way better than any other smoothie place I’ve tried. The new general manager is definitely turning the place around, her newer staff is doing great! Less than 5 minutes for a smoothie now, when I once waited 28 minutes for a smoothie! It seems like a lot of people left when the new manager came in, I can understand that stress of trying to find and hire new people as fast as possible. Very friendly staff, I was treated by everyone as soon as I walked through that door. Can’t wait to see what more fun is around the corner for this location. Thank you Tropical Smoothie Cafe!

I’m beyond frustrated with the experience I had at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I ordered one açaí bowl and ended up waiting over 30 minutes, while every other customer, including those who walked in long after me, got their food and drinks almost immediately. I brought the delay to the cashier’s attention, and they didn’t offer an apology, an update, or any kind of compensation. It felt like our time didn’t matter at all. I’ve never had such poor service here before
