I love Tropical Smoothie, I have been to many!! However, this location seems to be missing something. We were inside (the only customers inside) for more than a few minutes before anyone even looked at us, let alone said hello. Friendly enough taking our order, but my husband is a happy guy, so he lightened it up. The biggest problem is the smoothies, they never taste the same, and they’re not always good enough to drink.
Big bummer. Hopefully they’ll figure things out. I’d really like to come back.

Love getting smoothies and bowls. It’s a healthier treat than ice cream. Sadly we have consistently had issues with the quality of the fruit used. Thought it was just a fluke the first time. But this time we ordered 3 bowls and 2/3 had bananas that were very bruised or overripe. I guess we need to check before leaving in the future.

This company doesn’t accept $50 dollar bills even when the order is $40. I tried to explain to the manager that under colorado Law you must accept legal currency. She told me I was a liar.

I ordered the Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt Bowl. I was able to customize it and got it without the chia seeds and without almonds but added banana. I shared this with my daughter and it was delicious. The manager and other staff were really friendly. Clean and welcoming environment! I’ll definitely be back to try their other menu items.

This place is great! Fresh food and delicious smoothies with attentive service. However, the amount of plastic waste was ridiculous. We ate in, but everything was still brought to us in a plastic bag. Every piece of cutlery and straw covered in plastic, cups and bowls made of plastic. Felt like a simple fix could be made especially for eating in to avoid so much waste! Please address this!

We are soooo happy Tropical Smoothie came to Grand Junction. We’ve been greeted with smiling faces each time we’ve come in. The food is always fantastic! And we love the smoothies. I wish the Cranberry Mai Thai was forever on their menu and not just a seasonal thing. But there’s plenty of other delicious smoothies to choose from. Staff is great, it’s always clean, and it is the cutest setup! Love it!
