Terrible service today. Manager was rude. Had to remake my order 3x. Watered down smoothie. Quesadilla with unmelted cheese. Didn’t even try and accommodate for the inconvenience of being there for 30 minutes or apologize for multiple errors. Employees talking crap about me while Im in the building. Would NEVER EVER go back.

My boyfriend and I came to town & eat pretty healthy. We don’t like fast food or eating out, and we saw tropical smoothie cafe on Google. I ordered the chipotle chicken club with a paradise point smoothie, he got a chicken pesto and a blueberry bliss. Smoothies were PERFECT consistency, flatbreads were delicious and filling, and the workers were so friendly and energetic. Plus, it was on the cheaper side for healthy food! We’ll be back before we leave!

I used to eat here 3-4 times a week but after my last visit I will not be going back to this location on N Peoria. After finding a large piece of paper in my sandwich as I bit into it. I called this location back immediately when I got home @ 8:55pm and no one answered so I left a Vmail. I called back 2 days later and I spoke to an employee (a young lady whos name i did not get) who told me that she would have the manager call me back and she took my name and number. I never received a call from any one so called today 06/ 27/ 22 and spoke to a manager named Jared and he told me he did not see a voicemail nor did anyone tell him about a message of me calling in so there is nothing that he could do about this. I told him I took a picture of the sandwich and I would be more then willing to send it to him so that he could see I wasn’t lying to him and he said no. I told him that this was bad customer service and that I would go to corporate and post the picture online under google reviews for this location he said “do what you gotta do” and hung up.
DON’T eat here! The customer service s unactable. The will get your order wrong more times then they get it right.
In this case… THE MANGER IS A BAD LEADER WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE MANEGMENT SKILLS TO LEAD. BECAUSE HE LACKS AS A LEADER HIS STAFF WILL FAIL IN COMMUNICATING WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND GETTING SIMPLE TASKS DONE. I WONDER WHAT OTHER ISSUES HE HAS AS A MANAGER WITH THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISMENT

Additionally, my drinks are served messy and over iced. Employees are disrespectful and don’t care about the customer.
