I go to Tropical Smoothie a lot and I have never had a bad experience. With that being said I don’t know what happen today. I was trying to use my T-Mobile Tuesday code to get my free 24 ounce smoothie on the app before I came into the store while trying to use it on the app. The TS app kept telling me it cannot redeem my coupon so I stopped trying to use it in the app and just came into the store to use the coupon with my order. I tell them I would like to use my T-Mobile coupon. The cashier says “yes”. I order my smoothie and I order a kid cheddar turkey wrap. My total comes out to $10.88, my smoothie is $9.89( the cherry berry protein) The kids turkey cheddar wrap is $5.59 and on my receipt it says it voided the $5.59 but my coupon that I used and they scanned on my app was for a free smoothie. I left and came back in because I didn’t like the plant-based protein I picked and I asked the guy who made my smoothie “Can I get the smoothie again without the protein?” He says “yes, but the smoothie would be short, it wouldn’t be as full”. So I asked him “can I just get different smoothie all together” he says “no because then I would have to buy a whole Nother smoothie because that is not the one I originally paid for” I said “okay but I paid for a $9.89 smoothie when it was supposed to be free” he says “no it was free”. I showed him the receipt and it’s only voided the turkey cheddar wrap so he just says “okay”. He offers me the same smoothie with a different protein base to resolve the whole problem.
The wrap was $5.99 plus tax would have made it $6.58 as my total but that was the case.
So I’m trying to figure why my smoothie was not free, I should have only paid for the turkey wrap.

I was there earlier this morning and the service was great, The general/store manager Ty ( I don’t want to spell good name wrong so I’m just putting Ty for short)was very nice and courteous he does his job well. The speed of service was smooth and the sandwich I had was delicious, I’ll be back for flip flop day also I have recommended this place to my friends already.

This place is wonderful! Staff are very friendly and patient. It was my first time there and it took me a while to make up my mind. The food and smoothies are delicious. Portions are extremely generous and well worth every penny. I definitely recommend this locations it’s wonderful!

I was in Friday morning 12/12/25 with a very large group. The manager, Sergio, was working solo and he was fantastic. He was patient, speedy, and overall demonstrated great customer service. This guy deserves some kudos!

In general, too many times that I order online from here to pickup it’s never ready by the estimated time. Often I walk in and they haven’t even started working on the order, which is always 1-2 thing at most, so they shouldn’t take very long. Another time I ordered a fruit and yogurt bowl and they put coconut pieces on it which is not even part of the ingredients for that item. Super annoying since I hate coconut and had to then pick it all off.

Three years ago I was able to get really good service here. Great smoothies, great quality food, no issues at all. As of this year and a little bit of last year, that changed. I’ve gotten smoothies that weren’t blended fully, weren’t made properly. I’ve even gotten smoothies that I didn’t even order. As for the food, they have constantly messed up my wraps or I never end up getting them at all. I usually have it delivered but the drivers always come with one item and they always say “They only gave me one thing and said that was it” when the order says otherwise. I’ve called this store to ask for a manager and to this day I have no gotten a call back. One time was for my wasted points. I got a free smoothie but they gave me the wrong one. And the recent one (7/9/2025) they didn’t give the driver my breakfast wrap. The employee said they took my information and left it for a manager but I have not gotten a call back. This is very frustrating because this one is the closest one to my home and I used to love this location. But I do not have the ability to go to another location in search of better service.

ordered kids chicken quesadilla added chicken, had to pay EXTRA for chicken and no chicken was added flat quesadilla. Would love it if people did their job correctly and not waste my time and money.
