Had a wonderful breakfast at Tollywood Lounge and tried three of their classics. The ghee idly was soft and fluffy, generously coated with aromatic ghee that elevated each bite. The onion uthapam was thick and satisfying, loaded with caramelized onions and cooked to a perfect golden crisp on the outside while staying soft inside. The masala dosa was the star – crispy, paper-thin crepe wrapped around a flavorful potato filling with just the right amount of spice. The chutneys and sambar complemented everything beautifully. Great spot for authentic South Indian fare!

The moment you step in, it feels like you’ve entered a Telugu movie world. The place is vibrant and full of color.
We ordered Crispy Corn, Pacchi Mirchi Chicken, and a few drinks. The service had longer-than-usual wait times. The Moscow Mule was pretty average and mostly filled with ice. We also tried the Veg Noodles and Vijayawada Chicken Biryani. The biryani tasted more like a pulao, but it was enjoyable when served hot.
One downside is that the tables are placed very close to each other, offering little to no privacy.
Overall, it’s a nice place to hang out with a group of people and have a good time.

Visited **Tollywood Lounge** recently and was pleasantly surprised—it’s much bigger than I expected! The restaurant has a huge seating capacity, plus space for a dance floor with a DJ setup and a great sound system.
This week I joined fellow cricket enthusiasts there to watch the **India-Pakistan Asia Cup finals**, and the experience was fantastic. The management was friendly, accommodating, and really made the evening memorable.
The food is delicious, but definitely let them know if you prefer *mild or medium spice*, since the dishes can lean hot.
Overall, Tollywood Lounge delivers on atmosphere, entertainment, and flavor. I’d surely recommend paying them a visit!

Tollywood Lounge is a solid hangout spot. They’ve got everything, bars, family seating, a dance floor. The food definitely hits the mark with the right amount of spice; Chicken Chili and Kabab Platter was great. The Biryani was just alright (that’s the reason for 4 star), but the staff was cool.

Ordered Coorg chicken pepper fry, Andhra chicken masala and special chicken biriyani. All three were not made properly, it just did not taste good. Coorg chicken pepper fry had no pepper at all, no spice and no taste and importantly was undercooked. Andhra chicken masala was not prepared well with onions raw and just boiled tomato paste and chicken pieces undercooked. Chicken biriyani fresh rice was mixed with either old pieces of chicken or undercooked. It did not taste good at all that we had to just toss it. It looks like they are managing the place without a chef.. What bothers me is the under cooked meat, you cant serve that to anyone. Quite upset that it’s such a nice place with good interior deco, I would pick quality of food than the deco. I am not going to visit this place again but others please check the meat before you consume.

Tried Tollywood Lounge for the first time and absolutely loved the food! The Mutton ghee roast biryani was so delicious, the pomphret fish fry perfectly crispy, and the Tollywood platter had a great variety. Excellent service and a cozy atmosphere — highly recommend!

I’m from Dallas, where there’s no shortage of great Indian food, but this past weekend we found this spot that completely blew us away. The food was fire. So flavorful and delicious, we actually ended up eating there every single night. We drove all the way from Chicago just for the DJ and it did not disappoint. The vibe was amazing, and the DJ was cool enough to keep the music going longer just for us since we came from out of state. The staff were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, it felt like more than just dinner—it was an experience. 100% coming back next time I’m around.

Had an absolute blast at Tollywood Lounge, Chicago! The food was so good we almost forgot to talk — just busy eating! The vibes were lit, the DJ was killing it, and we danced like no one was watching (though everyone definitely was ). Went with friends and enjoyed a lottt! Don’t miss that DJ floor — total madness in the best way!

This was not what I expected. I ordered biryani… got an appetizer instead. And now that I am reviewing and reading all the other ones… I have realized its not the first time. I understand you guys are new… but it really doesnt feel nice… people are spending their money on this. Not getting it for free.. all the other dishes were also not compensating enough. The paneer was also very hard…. It didnt feel like paneer nothing felt fresh either. Anyway, I would not recommend eating from here again.
