I had such a great experience at Tropical Smoothie! The food and smoothies were fresh, flavorful, and made quickly. Everything tasted amazing and exactly how we ordered it.
Kailyn took great care of us from the moment we walked in. She was friendly, patient, and able to answer all of our questions about the menu. She made helpful recommendations and made sure our order was perfect. It’s always nice to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about the customers’ experience.

Absolutely outstanding experience. The customer service was top-tier—friendly, attentive, and impressively calm even under pressure. You could tell the team really knew what they were doing and cared about every guest. The food was just as amazing: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. First time visitor, but friend talked me into it. Everything was incredible. I don’t think I’d pay $10 for a smoothie, but it was VERY good. Both of our meals were excellent.
The employees inside the store were even noticeably upbeat and legitimately happy and extra nice.

I was astonished. The server who gave us this priceless experience was so lovely and showed us great hospitality when we were baffled by immense amount of options. I was graced with the opportunity to order a turkey and cheese wrap. The warm cozy flavors were so fresh and clean. A sense of glee rose upon me when I saw the clean working environment and the great diversity in this establishment. I hope all stores live up to this expectation. Thank you.

I came in with my boyfriend tonight, around 6pm on tues december 9th i want to compliment the two girls that were working the counter. One had beautiful black braids. She took my order in the sweetest most caring way possible. Thank you. You made our nights after a long day. This is my favorite Tropical Smoothie. There’s 2 girls that work there that are amazing. I only know their first names Kailyn and Reiley. They both go above and are friendly and polite. I will keep coming here. They make my day brighter

Tuesday, Dec. 9th 2025… That might have been the best customer service I’ve had in years. So friendly and smiling as soon as you walk in. They walk the drinks around the counter to you. I felt like I was back in a time before I was born.
