WAS HERE AT 325am waited to be greeted at the drive through and by the time they greeted is it was 328am. “they said theyre closed for the day”
and sign says they close at 3:30pm
AS A THE BUSINESS OWNER I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT MY EMPLOYEES ARE DOING TO MY CUSTOMERS.
Just want to make sure the owners know whats going on.
If they close at 330am, then they should Still be serving customers. ♀️

It was late and the food was good. however, I ordered two orders of the two tacos for $1.99 and I only got three tacos. what’s up with that for cleaning or whatever they do? system reboot wow Jack in the box

We arrive to the drive thru and order. We get to the window and pay but the employee ask us to park when there was no cars behind us. My guess is that they do it to improve the times. I just think there is no reason to have us park in front of the store when they aren’t busy.

One of the young men working the counter at night doesn’t smile and just does his job. But that’s it. JUST does his job. Doesn’t smile, say thank you or please or anything, just hands you your food and walks away. However, when it comes to chatting with his co-workers and cracking jokes and laughing and cussing out loud for every one of us to hear in the front is a bit wild. Will say, food was hot and fresh and crispy, but service is a 0/5, I only gave 1 star because it’s the lowest I can offer. Soda beverage bar in dine also NEVER has any soda to offer. Tonight only had Diet Coke and Root beer and water. Wow.

The food was fresh, warm, and served quickly. I usually stick to the Jumbo Jack and tacos to stay on budget, and they didn’t disappoint. The facility was clean, and the staff is always a delight.
However, I’m not a fan of the electronic kiosks. I much prefer the personal touch of ordering face to face with a person. Great service and food, but the forced tech interface holds back the experience for me.

Best jack in the box I’ve ever gone to. The service was awesome, and the staff were amazing. Especially Robert, he had an amazing attitude even though it was 2 in the morning.

Recommend going through the drive thru. Dining area is not always clean and many of the soda options are not available. Counter service is also a bit slow. Our food order was correct and made quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised. The food was freshly cooked the french fries were hot haven’t seen that for a while but I don’t usually shop at this particular one. I was surprised when they said they had discontinued small beverages you have a medium or large now. And it was a refreshing change to be able to use the bathroom without getting a code. I get so tired of having to have someone give me a code or unlock the door while you wait. Great job.
