The staff have always been friendly. Tropical Smoothie has delicious & fulfilling smoothies that you will enjoy. I do like their food, but mostly every time I get a wrap it is filled with a bunch of lettuce and not much of anything else. I decided I will come here for smoothies and make the food part at home.

The very nice lady working here let me know that when I get a sandwich my smoothie comes out $4.99 I didn’t know that, I’ve been paying 7.99 at the Mason location for my smoothie ,even when I get a sandwich. For now on I’m coming here.

Ugh.. how frustrating. I’ve never had a problem with them until today. I always order a banana smoothie, usually as a peanut butter cup smoothie with NO chocolate, and add whey. This time it took longer than expected (totally fine, I don’t mind waiting) but this time they handed me out my food first and after a few minutes, the employees kept looking out the drive-through window at me. I didn’t think anything of this, but as I drove away, I realized my banana shake definitely had chocolate in it (the banana smoothie I usually get is yellow believe it or not). To me, this tells me that they realize they made a mistake, and still knowingly handed me out an incorrectly made food item. I have no idea if they actually added the whey protein, they definitely charged me for it, but they added chocolate so if that’s anything to go by, they probably didn’t add whey.

The standards have really declined here lately. I used to come often but the food just keeps getting worse. My hummus and veggie wrap today had so much ranch its almost a soup. And the amount of hummus is almost imperceptible. Does this look tasty to you? Plus I have found hair in my food multiple times.

The owner (who often scoffs at his employees and customers) is also now charging extra $ for ‘sub Splenda’ on smoothies. This does not happen at other stores, nor does it align with corporate policy.

The service was extremely quick but the smoothies were horrible. I got the blueberry bliss without banana and it just tasted like I was drinking ice with a hint of blueberry. My boyfriend got the beach bum and it only tasted like chocolate no hint of strawberry or banana as it advertised. This was my first time coming and I was not impressed. I have no idea what they put in there smoothies besides the fruits but I was hoping for something better.

We have been to a lot of Tropical Smoothie’s and this one is so good that literally had to write a review. This location puts the others to shame at an unreal level. The staff is so friendly and the food is regularly delicious. The drive thru is soooo fast. On our most recent visit, the staff was displaying incredible amounts of urgency and care in making and completing orders which I have never seven seen at a Tropical Smoothie before. Funny place to leave a review but 11/10 every time

Love this place. My picky eater loves getting her kids grilled cheese here and actually eats all of it but the crust. Smoothies are yummy. I love getting it at their drive-thru window, and now I order ahead on the app! Thanks to the loveland location for being awesome.

Three people order food. We had to confirm our order 2x before she rang us out because she seemed very confused on why one person didn’t want tomatoes on their sandwich. One didn’t want bacon. You would think that is an easy alteration but guess not. We only got 1 full order then 2 partial orders from the other 2 peoples orders. We asked for the rest of the food. They said we didn’t order it. The girl that took our orders and rang us out wouldn’t say anything as to why she didn’t ring up the way we ordered it or why it was missing. The other 2 kept arguing with us that all 3 of us didn’t order. The food that we did get was terrible because it was put together with as what can be best described as they were inconvenienced that people were in the store ordering. (So no care and slopped together to hurry us out) . I will never come back to an establishment like this one again. Stop making excuses for terrible service and lacking accountability in what you do.
