Completely horrible service with food and mostly the customer service. My fiancé and I ordered are food online while shopping to avoid any delays of receiving our food upon existing the store. After announcing my arrival to the kid working, he said my order was not ready which is fine. After several minutes one order was prepared and bagged, while another order was still being prepared. After the order was ready the boy began to flirt with two females while bagging their order and taking his time of course. Remember the other order that was previously bagged. Yup, that was my order sitting there. I address this concern with the young kid and he denied he did not do anything wrong. I pointed out that my order was already bagged and ready and could have been handed to me while he continued to flirt. He kept denying it, but when you are giving a cheesy grin from cheek to cheek, that’s flirting. Trust me I don’t have any issues with flirting, but hand me my food and free up more of your time to continue with the flirting. Or better yet tell the other employee that is not doing anything to hand the customer his order that is already sitting there bagged (me). When I asked for a manager, I was told no manager was available. Really a business being run with no manager onsite is very concerning. When I asked for the employee’s names, I was told they are not required to release that information. Well I guess Jajun didn’t know his name is on the receipt. To add to this horrible experience, my order was completely wrong. No ultimate fries and my fiancés cheesesteak had lettuce and tomatoes, when it clearly shows to remove those items on my receipt. Also my fiancé has an allergic reaction to tomatoes. I highly recommend corporate to look into this store and the employees they have working, because the current employees; especially Jajun being a prime example of rude and unprofessional behavior.

The guy legit turned customers away because they were so behind on mobile orders. We ordered our food a good 45 mins before arriving and they said they were seriously behind. They also didn’t greet anyone politely… stood there for a good 7 mins before anyone even said anything to me.
Absolutely horrible service. It is 7:45pm. On a Wednesday evening.
The cook was also complaining how cooking isnt for him. He doesn’t like it. He’d rather do prep. The service was absolutely awful. I’ve never experienced this before.

Took a really long time for no customers.. Didn’t receive drinks from combo meal and I thought maybe the sauce i got was just dark, NO just burnt. The man who took our order looked like he was upset we were there and the cook had headphones on dancing. I left to put groceries away and my wife said they would look at her and back at each other and chuckle.

1/17/26 Went in around 8:10 and didn’t leave until after 8:30. At some point, I stopped looking at my watch. I had a DoorDash to pick up (I will decline any and all DD request to here from now on). I couldn’t understand why 3 guys were operating so disjunctly…until I realized the kid behind the counter was high as a kite. He was tall and skinny, African American with 9 inch dreads (I only use descriptors in case corporate cares as I don’t know his name. He didn’t seem to comprehend what customers were telling him, he kept telling the 2 other employees he was Chill and he told one of them the customers are staring at him using wide jazz hands. My single sandwich sat open and cold for the longest time. The other employees seemed lost. The toaster literally caught on fire. The other 2 employees yelled to him there was a fire and he literally never even looked. The ran to get an extinguisher and he still didn’t look. It was then I knew his behavior wasn’t normal in any way. He didn’t care about anything. It was bad. I apologized to new customers walking up. They were in for a very long wait.

Stood there for 15 min waiting to order before the worker who had earbuds in told us that he turned everything off (as in the stoves and grills) it would have been nice if he was paying attention and not letting us wait there for 15 min while he was too busy talking on the phone with earbuds in. If you don’t like your job then why work there.

My husband got a sandwich and had asked for no veggies, when he opened the box it had veggies, I had ordered chicken California and it had like a 1/4 of meat on there so like not even half of the sandwich had any meat on it. Our kids got wings and they were burnt. Not very pleased with our first time eating here.

Staff do not greet you upon arrival at this location. I’ve noticed there is always a high turnover with new employees as well. Management is never no where to be found and the staff never works with a sense of urgency I’m so dissatisfied with this location already, cooperate needs to do something as soon as possible.

Took advantage of the Monday & Tuesday boneless wing special. The cashier, Travis, was delightful and highly professional! He didn’t make me feel pressured, he was patient, didn’t upsize me on anything but encouraged me to try Hot Honey. I was not disappointed! Paolo (I believe was the manager) was very polite as well!
I love the convenience of the store being at the entrance/exit so you can get your food and not have to shop. This is my 2nd time at this location and I will be back again soon.
