Love coming here ! Food is fresh and smoothies are amazing. The employees are so nice! I’ve met phur, Ravi, Perry, Bri and Chris and they have all been so kind and patient with me. I recommend coming here with your friends because they have such a nice area to sit and always have good music on. The app is even better with so many good deals and easy points to gain! I have been to this location multiple times and i just want to say that Tajayah is very respectful and her smoothies are always on point and delicious! She has a great smile that makes you want to smile. I would recommend for her to make your smoothie every time because she never disappoints! Also Andrew is really nice and fast!

I first off want to say that the staff at this location is amazing, Jayla, Phur & Faith especially. This place has a hard time keeping employees bc of Perry, who I assume is the manager…Let me tell you this Perry person is horrible. I saw someone else complained about him & its pretty spot on. I used to come to this location all the time, but now I avoid it if I see that Perry is there. He commonly yells and complains to his employees & from what I’ve been told from prior employees he picks favorites…He must also do that with customers bc he is one of the most rudest people I think I’ve ever experienced in customer service. He commonly has issues ringing up things on the register, like I thought this was fast food. I really don’t have 5-10 mins to spare so he can yell at his employees and then he is very weird about coupons. Its also worth mentioning that he was having issues with the feedback coupon, so I stopped giving feedback. A lot of the time the food is not consistent. I’ve had a PB Crunch Wrap made properly and then I’ve also had the PB Crunch wrap made with 3 slices on banana…Similar situation with the Pesto, Spinach wrap, sometimes its normal size, other times its the size of my pointer finger and for the price I can’t justify it…Also I mostly would rather take my money elsewhere bc Perry is super rude. Last time I was in he was trying to yell at me about something & I just told him bye & let him know he’s very rude and I’ll be sure to go elsewhere if I see thats he’s there bc he seems like a miserable person and I know others feel the same. Its a shame bc I loved Tropical Smoothie Cafe and I’ve even taken my friends there & I love the regular staff, but Perry is too off-putting to deal with…Id rather go to Smoothie King for my overpriced smoothies bc Perry doesn’t work there. Again, I do love the regular employees, but a lot of them quit…bc of Perry and how they’re treated…& I legit want to avoid this location bc of Perry and his lack of customer service.

Although I have had many great experiences since this location opened today was not a good experience. I placed a mobile order to pickup. When I arrived to pickup I got my smoothie like normal. I Thought all was fine, until I turned to leave and the two employees started talking to eachother. The girl from the counter said “I have to tell you something” to the other employee. And then proceeded to say something about how online orders never tip or something to that effect. I thought that was rude and unprofessional as I was still in the building.

For the second time in a week I show up for my order no one’s here. Where are your employees. Customers should not be here before staff. It’s 713 and no one’s hereYour hours are 7 am. 30 minutes late is unacceptable I’m Pissed because it’s pouring down rain and I’m standing here waiting for my food. I don’t understand why nothings been fixed. Your employees should be here opening the store. Not having paying customers who have orders waiting for an employee to show up in the pouring down rain. If this continues I will not come anymore. Employee never showed up. I want my money back and the time I wasted. I would like an owner or manager to call me. Employee had an attitude when she finally decided to show up. Couldn’t even turn the lights on. Us customers are sitting in the dark

I want to leave a review about Perry. He always seems to have a problem with me for not apparent reason. He like to make up rules about a receipt codes saying that you could only once a week when the code should be able to use every day an I have the VIP rewards for the first 50 people that were at that opening we received one free smoothie a week an for some odd reason Perry like to say to me that I could not use it twice in a week when I only have used it ONE a week. He treat the employee’s awful yelling at them when im placing my order. He makes the atmosphere awkward but the employee’s are awesome an do not deserve to be treated that way! He has the worst is customer service I have dealt with.

Very friendly staff, very reasonably priced selection of food. My family & I had a very good time here, would definitely return. The açaí bowls are very good and the smoothies are as well. The two workers on duty at the time of our visit really went out of their ways to give us a good first experience.
