Been here two times and is quickly becoming my go to Mexican food fix. Most recently I ordered the Birria Burrito. Absolutely delicious and I loved the portion, the burrito is not lacking in size. Antonio, is also very welcoming and recognized me from my previous visit which really impressed me more so. In summary the food here is top notch as well as the customer service.

I just went and bought 20 tacos, the meat was flavorless, but the most displeasing thing was that thaybcharge for salsa. I don’t mind paying for salsa specially cause I love it and use it later on other foods. The issue is that they charge for salsa now and they fill 1/3 of the container. I called them and asked if this was a mistake, perhaps some lack of training and they told me that salsa is expensive which I told them I paid extra for it. They were stating to speak Spanish between them talking some smack, little did they know I am full Mexican born and raised, probably now better soanish than them.

I used to live this place and I can only say I am very disappinted. I first met this place when they were small and unpopular literally asking for people to eat their food at the Lows parking lot. It seems that success can get to people’s head.

I am buying my Tacos Chinos Tacos off of Franklin, better service and way, way, way tastier food.

Hands down the best tacos in Idaho!! The birria plate is amazing, and you’ve got to try the ramen! Loads of flavor, epic salsa, and great prices too. If you know, you know.

Had a great first experience at Antonio’s today. The birria burrito was huge and loaded with shredded beef. It also came with a side of rice and beans which is a bonus. My tacos had tender asada and I think the corn tortillas may be fried up in the birria cooking liquid which adds extra flavor (and a cool orange color). I’d definitely recommend them if you’re in the neighborhood.

Have seen Antiono’s food on Instagram for months! My schedule didn’t usually work with the hours, but tonight it did! Antonio was so kind from the minute he took my order! Their birria special was amazing ! The chorizo taco was the best I’ve ever had hands down ! The carne asada fries, my husband said, were the best he has had in town! Got a chicken quesadilla for my toddler and he loved it. The chicken was seasoned, but not overly seasoned. Just enough to give it great flavor! Very kind workers, enjoyable atmosphere to wait for your food & sit down and enjoy it. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Antonio & crew! Can’t wait to see Al Pastor eventually! Fingers crossed

I excited to see Chicharrones on the menu and was very happy with those tacos!

Chorizo had good flavor, Adobada was even better, and the Carnitas was good too. But their Chicharrones is probably my favorite in the valley so far. The red chili sauce was THICK and tasty. At most places, it’s just too thin and runny. This was good and even the salsa verde stuck on and added even more flavor. However, the cuts were mostly outer rind. If the cuts were a bit thicker to include some belly, I think it’d be on par with the best Chicharrones I’ve ever had.
The tacos came with 2 tortillas, cilantro, onions and lime wedges, and a couple grilled Serrano on request. Salsa verde was good.
The chicken (not pictured) was super tasty too. My buddy got chicken Chilaquiles and I tried a bit. I usually don’t bother with chicken as too many places just shred flavorless chicken breast and let the salsa flavor it, but these guys marinade, dice, and grill it so that it’s juicy with a little crisp and very flavorful. I’ll actually have to get chicken tacos next time!

We were pleasantly surprised!

A friend of ours drives for Uber Eats. Knowing where we live, she asked if we’d ever tried Antonio’s. Curiously, we reponded, “No, why?”. Then she explained how often she picks up from there and how it must be good.

Well, we tried it and halfway through my dinner we sent a text, grateful for the recommendation!

Be back soon!

The nachos were some of the best I’ve ever had.

The Birria Burrito was delicious!

Update 2024-6-7: Everything is still delicious! Only a 10 minute wait this time which is much better than prior visits.

Update: 2025-4-29: After a medical emergency shut them down for quite a while, they are back and just as delicious as ever, 5 stars plus!

Ordered the birria burrito and honestly was very disappointed, super dry and they forgot my consome, they’ve never messed my order up before so I didn’t think to look. My rice and beans tasted and smell burnt. My $15 meal was very displeasing and I could barely eat any of it. Very unsatisfied this time around.
