I didn’t wait long for my food, I got my food and drink given to me at my table and they were extremely gentle with the items. I will definitely be coming more often, the food and drinks are phenomenal, and if the lady that takes my order sees this, you’re pretty chill.

I eat here almost everyday and order the same things lol. I really loveeee their Supergreen Salad which is delicious and I always, always mix my kale apple slaw in it and it sets it all the way off each time! Another delicious item on the menu is their Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread – bomb! Periodt! Eating healthy comes with a price…better be ready to pay over $11 per order -if you order a meal. They have a diverse team, young, and speedy service. It’s best to order online because the lines can get crazy long during lunch hours some days. Seating is available inside and out. Overall, good fresh food and yummy smoothies.

Please take the necessary steps to remedy a bad situation at your earliest convenience. Your staff on duty on May 02,2025 needs training on customer service, the new staff made mistakes taking in new orders, the other attendant (young lady- supposed manager) was very rude to customers. Her tone and choices of words is very bad to your business.

We went to this location as we were in Naples and love Tropical Smoothie. The prices have gone up as with everything unfortunately. But we still ordered as we always get good service and quality food from there. There were only two people behind the counter so it took the gentleman a couple minutes to attend to me. Then once we ordered and paid the food and smoothies came in a reasonable amount of time. Again we have never been disappointed. They were efficient, friendly and the quality was great. Thank you for always staying consistent no matter which location we choose. Would highly recommend a visit.

For how busy this place is during a Saturday on a soccer tournament weekend they need more than one person making smoothies. I waited an hour for one simple smoothie! They don’t coordinated properly.
