My chicken “pitaco” was not good
Usually when I get food from any TP (sandy springs Roswell rd is my favorite -drive is just as long as this one but worth it) this time is was not- chunks of chicken one tomato and some hard melted cheese. I picked wrong on this busy day. I don’t like how they line the food up along the silver station. Seems unsanitary. Should be some type of space especially for wrapping and handling food. My drink was ok. Toooo much ice I think but hey I wanted to go so I had to deal with it
It was crowded. The staff was rushing and trying to keep up. I applause them for that
Maybe have all staff where hair nets and change out gloves in between if all possible. I know we can’t eliminate every germ but yikes. I see tooo many places doing cross contamination. Wanted a different meal but decided to say your fault just leave and don’t do this again

I placed an order this morning, just to get to the store and find out they’re not even open. The employee that was there just ignored everyone outside. Had to find out from another customer waiting in his car that they were opening late due to another employee being “late”. It was only when I began calling and knocking on the door that the employee opened. She was rude and didn’t try to understand where us customers are coming from. It is not our fault or problem that one of their employees did not show up. How are we supposed to know this information if you guys are still accepting online orders. The employee claims she is “stressed” and doesn’t know what to do or how to open the store. This is irresponsible on the stores end because where is the training? It’s not rocket science to make a couple of smoothies. I asked her could I atleast get a refund, she claims it will get done but she can’t do it. I asked how long will it take… her answer was a couple of days! Are you kidding?!? Do better.

Came here on a morning that was below freezing. But I got to have the best smoothie in town no matter the cold. The guy working was friendly and fast. This will be my favorite location on the way to work. I got my daughter in law hooked too. Oh and the have happy hour in the morning which helps the budget.

I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit to the Cherokee Street location in Marietta, GA. I’m a regular customer and always order the Blimey Limey with my usual modifications — it’s normally delicious and consistent.
However, when a shorter lady made it during my last visit, the texture, color, and taste were noticeably different from what I always receive. I even showed a picture of my usual smoothie for comparison, but I was dismissed and told that’s “what I asked for.” It was clear something was off, and I left feeling frustrated and ignored.
I really enjoy Tropical Smoothie and would appreciate a follow-up about this experience, as well as any opportunity to have the smoothie remade properly.

Perfection, dedication, consistent. Is what you can expect from this location. My husband and I have been visiting this location almost every day and they have not disappoint us. I have to give all the employees recommendations even though I don’t remember all their names, please forgive me for that. Most important, I will recommend this location as the best!!!

I was actually surprised this is my first time ordering here, this açai bowl was amazing. I didn’t think it would be sweet enough for me, but it was perfect just the right sweetness and the server was super super fast when I looked up she was done. It was crazy. Thanks to all of the workers I will be coming back.

I’m beyond disappointed with Tropical Smoothie. I ordered a Hummus Veggie Wrap and PAID extra for rice, beans, and hummus — none of it was included. My wrap also had no onions, wasn’t cut properly, and my food literally fell out. My Mocha Madness tasted like straight water. I called the store to request a replacement wrap and smoothie, but nobody has answered. I want to be honored for the disrespect and for not receiving what I paid for! This is completely unacceptable — I expect someone to fix this immediately.

I recently tried the Three Cheese Chicken Quesadilla from Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and it was a mixed experience. At 550 calories, it’s a satisfying meal if you’re mindful of portion sizes. The quesadilla is filled with grilled chicken, a blend of three cheeses, and topped with a zesty smoked cheese blend sauce that adds a nice kick. Unfortunately, the sweet corn premium side didn’t impress me—it lacked the freshness and flavor I was hoping for.
On the plus side, the location has plenty of parking, making it convenient for a quick stop. While it wasn’t my favorite menu item, I’d still recommend giving it a try if you’re a fan of cheesy, saucy dishes!

This place sucks. Low quality fruits, they put a load of added sugar in every smoothie, and over half the smoothie is ice. Not healthy at all and not flavorful either

This is the only store I like near me but last night was disappointing. I ordered 6 Beach Bum smoothies. I haven’t been able to eat much of anything the past few days. So I decided smoothies would be my best option to have in the freezer. Unfortunately all 6 smoothies were thin/liquidly and two weren’t blended well.
