My family and I come from Baton Rouge just to dine here and it’s worth it every time. Clean seats and floors, the salad bar is clean and always fully stocked. The food is always cooked how I want it. The waitresses are always nice. One time a manager was walking the floor asking how everything was and asking for input if we felt something was unsatisfactory. The deals/specials make my visit worth the long drive. I wish they would come back to Baton Rouge. We could use a nice, clean restaurant that’s not overrated like Chimes or the nasty, nasty Golden Coral. I will be returning again soon.

12-26/2018 upon walking into the place the lady just asked how many… instead of greeting us. Black lady with weave with brown highlights. But the server was nice and professional. The food was meh the price we paid for the steak was not worth it it wasn’t so small! Teach your staff to be more up beat and professional. Only thing that was nice was the salad bar!

Ok, so I’m usually not one to ever leave a bad review but tonight (4/5/19 @ 8:40pm in Natchez, MS) I have to make an exception. Tonight the service was terrible …we waited almost an hour for our food (there were only about 15 people in the restaurant) and when it is finally came, my shrimp pasta was approximately a half order and my husbands’ steak was raw (ordered well done) and his fries were so over cooked they were brown and hard. The waitress took our empty cups (after sitting at the edge of the table for 10 minutes) to refill and never brought them back. I also ordered a Ruby Relaxer with my initial order (never received). We spoke with the manager and expressed our distaste in tonight’s service. I told her that we will pay for the sodas (which refills were never brought back to the table) and a salad from the garden bar, which was poorly stocked tonight. I was not trying to get a free meal; we left without eating any of our entree but I felt the manger should have offered to comp the sodas and salad. When we received the bill, we left the total and a tip (the change from the bill we left) and left. The waitress nor manger ever came back to apologize or say anything more. As much as we have always loved Ruby Tuesday, this experience will definitely influence our decision to eat here again.

The people were friendly and attentive. Had a few problems with the salad bar being understocked plates were not washed properly but the staff corrected it very quickly. The hamburger’s were dry but we did order them well done overall its okay.

This place is terrible! The corporate office needs to make a visit. We ate here due to it being Christmas eve, and all the local restaurants were closed. The inside is very out dated & the bathrooms were a mess. There were 4 of us at our table and maybe 3 other tables in the whole place, that were occupied. It took over a hour to get our food. My grandmother got hers first & the rest of us got ours 30 minutes later. By that time she was done eating. ( the rest of our food came out cold) The waitress was never anywhere to be found. The only reason we left a decent tip was because of the Holiday season. Will never eat here again.

The absolute worst service. I think he had never worked as a waiter before. He skipped over some of us while taking our order.
All of our food came at the same time…. Appetizers, salads, and entrees. The salads were soaked with dressing. The steaks were old and over cooked. The chicken and sauces were watered down & had no flavor. They destroyed the asiago flavor.
I dont mind waiting for a good meal but this was a very sad wait and disappointing delivery.
I will say that the waiter was nice.

Didnt get my salad with my meal. Had to ask for it. I asked for a side of mayo for my sandwich. It was literllay about a teaspoon. We got one drink, the second one took about 15 more minutes. Server was Ok, nothing special. She did not have knowledge of the menu or the drink menu. The only thing she was knowledgeable about was the current promotion. Literally the only thing. There were only 3 other people eating. Not busy at all. I think this is a terrible place. Food was mediocre.

Food was greattttt!!!! Pleasant atmosphere. And if they had three more waitress like Tracey, 5stars would have to turn into 10, I didn’t think there were still waitress around like her, I always like going to Ruby Tuesday, but the service would be poor, Tracey changed that, she has not been there long, check her out!!!!!

We were looking for a healthy meal last night and went to Ruby Tuesday in Natchez in spite of the mediocre reviews, and I was so glad we did! The salad bar was so fresh and had so many offerings … they also were running a special so for a few more bucks, you could choose an entree from a selection and also receive a dessert! And to top it off, our server Kenyana was so charming and so attentive – we may have to go back tonight!

Extremely overrated. Went with my husband for a lunch date. He ordered the cheese burger which wasn’t worth the price. Nothing at all gourmet about the $10.99 burger and skimped on his onion rings. We could have order the same at McDonalds. My order wasn’t that special either. And even though we were the first there they were out of the tortilla chips we ordered with our dip but did substitute them with regular chips. Overall we won’t be going back.
