Very slow service. Took us 30 minutes to get 2 smoothies. Order was also messed up, probably due to the person taking our order having a headphone in her ear and not being very responsive to us as she typed in our order. I’ve been to tropical smoothie cafes before and typically enjoy them but this one was a fail.

The food was ok. The manager behind the counter doesn’t understand the concept of allergies. She also didn’t understand how to look it up or check ingredients. I would avoid this place if you have any allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients.

The customer service was good, however, the moment I walked into the store I was hit with the disgusting smell of sewerage that was overpowering. I actually had to cough because it was so bad. Anyways, in order to make this a place I would want to return to, some big cleaning needs to happen. Hopefully this review helps y’all’s business:)

As I walked into the cafe there was no one standing up front. I sat up there for 5 minutes before anyone had taken my order. I was very upset with my smoothie that I purchased. Everything was in chunks and not as smooth as it should be. Then when I open my quesadilla the sauce was filled half way. Not good quality for what you pay.

Took 30 minutes to get 2 smoothies. We were 2 of 4 people in the place. The workers seemed to have forgotten us entirely. When we did finally recieve the smoothies they were watered down and tasted as if there was no fruit at all. Definitely will never be returning to this location.

We stopped in at a busy time. Our orders were taken and food was made in record time considering there was only one employee on site. The lady next door at the flop flop store kept coming in and complaining loudly on her phone that there were relief buckets set up for the Turkey earthquake victims.
