I was so heartbroken to experience this from a highly reputable establishment like Tropical Smoothie, no care for the food and moneys worth was not met I remember when tropical smoothie first came out it was a relief to the food industry but now with locations like this it’s slowly becoming disregarded like Burger King. Management must correct these things especially with me being an under cover food reviewer this is not status right here this is below the bar.

The food was really yummy. The fruit bowl based on my experience, I travel for work so I go to tropical smoothie about five times a week All over the state, and the bowls are usually a lot fuller. I usually get a fruit bowl and I get a generous amount of peanut butter and a decent amount of fruit to the point where I can barely open my bowl. I could clearly tell wasn’t as full per usual but other than that, this is a solid tropical smoothie . Also, I was missing my sauce for the quesadilla.

Ok so I’m a vegan and usually when I ask people to make sure there is no meat,cheese,or dairy I get a lot of attitude. My first order was wrong and I was asking a lot of questions on other food but Sean S.,Sylvia, and Brandon kept their cool the ENTIRE time! So impressed. I was told this is a new establishment of theirs so come by and experience excellent customer service!

I dont know what has happened to this location but lately the food quality has be terrible. Its burnt more often than not, items are missing and no straws included. Today i received someone else’s order. I called and was told it would be remade and re-delivered. I live less than 10 min away. An hour later i still have no food. I call again and again they ask if i want it remade. I said no since they obviously dont intend to follow through. Clearly i need a refund but they say no one at the store can do it. No manager is there. I order a lot from here but after today ill think twice since i either dont get my items or get burnt food.
Edit. I already have called and “shared details”. Twice. A manager was supposed to call. I still havd no refund. Ive filed a dispute with my card company. Yall are ridiculous

I love the heathier food they offer compared to other fast food options. I am currently obsessed with the dragonfruit smoothie and the Thai chicken wrap. Staff is friendly. Service is fast. Store is clean. Prices are moderate.

As usual when you go in you are misinformed when ordering your smoothie. You’d think at this point when people order and you tell them you save $2 off that they tell you it’s from your rewards/points. Instead they make it sound likes it’s apart of a loyalty program and mislead you into using points which can’t be given back. Such a shitty business that only gets worse with employees and managers who just go through the motion as if they don’t care. Because they don’t. So waste your time here if you wish but learn the lesson that there is no such discount or freebie on a product. It always comes from your points. Dont let them bait you into wasting your points so you have to spend more to get them back.
