We didn’t have any food , had an enjoyable time sightseeing & looking in the different little neat shops they have.

Let’s be honest, you’re not going here for the food. It’s mediocre and over priced. We were a party of 7. Our meals didn’t arrive together. Got 3 meals, 4 more meals 20 minutes later (not exaggerating), and the side of fries came as we were paying the bill. Salmon was slightly overcooked. Enchilada way dry and tasteless. Good burger and shrimp tacos. Fries are great! The ambiance and views are fantastic. Lots of photo ops. Lots of shaded patio seating.

I had a great time. The view of the lake was very beautiful and the atmosphere was quite peaceful. Our waitress Theresa was very attentive and she had a pleasant demeanor. The only downside to the experience was the extremely close table settings. It felt as if we were stacked and sitting on top of the next person. This was too close for comfort.

We drove from Houston to have a visit to the Oasis restaurant. Since, it is in the bank of this magnificent Lake Travis. Sadly, the water level has gone down to a dangerous level.. and there are islands formed in the middle of the Lake. Our expectation of enjoying the grand view of the lake dining at the OASIS was smashed. Even though, we enjoyed the excellent Mexican food.

My girlfriend and I attended a company party. They had a section closed off, with a fajita buffet, and an open bar. With all of that and the view, it was perfect. Had a lot of fun, and the food tasted so good. Especially the cheese sauce that comes with the chips. Amazing night.

First time here, and it was pretty good. The shrimp and sausage plate could have been better the rice was a little to plain. The beef quesadilla could have used a little more beef. The cod appetizer was the best part of the meal. Will definitely return to try another dish. The view, the service and the environment was great

We went to watch the sunset and have dinner. The views are lovely. Mostly all the shops were closed. It seemed as if it was on its last leg, just a few weeks from shutting down permanently. There was only one ice cream shop still open for business. I’m not from Texas so I don’t know how it usually looks. It was full of people, but no where to eat or sit down. We ended up leaving just a short while later.

Cody was the man – excellent service first and foremost! Atmosphere and views went crazy as we hoped they would. Food was pretty good but nothing special. Their gift shop inside was conveniently accessible through the restaurant, and run by very kind people. Wide selection of great souvenirs and various Texas products to take home. Pro tip – check out the Art Escape store just a few steps outside the restaurant. Also run by good people with a uniquely extensive selection of artwork and gifts, jewelry, decorations, etc. Focus is rightfully spotlighted on the artist by means of fair trade. Restaurant and both stores were amazing so check out all three if you have the time!! Free parking (and big parking garage) was also much appreciated.

Very scenic and great views. Only got to try drinks this time around so will update once I get to try the food. Drinks were about $15ea but I was able to keep the cups they came in. Had some areas where you can take your own photos. Definitely a must when visiting Austin for the first time. Can’t beat the views.
