Very nice selection on the menu. Had a couple appetizers that were real good. We had a group of 7 that had a variety of meals from wraps to burgers and salmon. Everyone commented that it was a very good meal. Portions were plentiful as well. The cheesecake with fruit topping really made the day. On top of that our server Savannah G was great. Will be back for sure.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat on a Sunday afternoon. We were surprised to find the place totally empty. We almost left to try another restaurant, but decided to stay. Glad we did, as the food was delicious! I ordered the club sandwich, which came on marbled rye bread with a pesto mayo. An interesting twist to a standard meal! Onion rings were good, too. Overall, we were very pleased with our meal and service!

Food quality has deteriorated drastically. There are only a few waitresses that really care to serve the customers, others just don’t want to be there. We have waited up to 15-20 minutes just to place our drink order and it wasn’t busy at all. Food is consistently coming out cold and or undercooked. Thank goodness one specific waitresses is no longer working there. She would only speak as many words as absolute necessary and literally threw our plates on the table in front of us. We will no longer patronize Elmerz restaurant.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience at Elmerz tonight. Clean straightforward menu. Wide array of food choices. My friend went with the special (on the 1st Saturday of the month it’s prime rib) which was delicious, another had a burger, and I chose the taco salad. Everything was reasonably priced, our server was very friendly, bubbly and attentive – I think her name was Mackenzie – and she even accommodated my request for guacamole to go with my salad and my friend’s request for unseasoned and unsalted fries. Our drinks were refilled several times and she was nice enough to spend a few moments chatting with us without losing a shred of focus on any of the other tables she was serving. A great experience all around.

Ate here on a Wednesday night which is $6 wing night. You get 10 wings and they are some of the biggest and meatiest I have seen. Would definitely come again for that. The Buffalo sauce was really good along with blue cheese. The walleye sandwich is good per friend. I had the smothered chicken which was good and the rice medly had a bunch of quinoa in it which was fine. The vegetables were really gross though.

The food was great but drink service from the bar was slow. Very slow The bartender seemed more interested in chatting with two guys in an otherwise empty bar than to getting our drinks over to our booth. There was only one other table occupied in the entire restaurant. In Sauk Centre MN there aren’t many choices for sit down dining so the only way I’ll ever return is if the other places are closed.

Four of us ordered for pickup. The Monte Cristo was burned and not properly made. It was nothing more than a grilled cheese, wasn’t battered at all. The fish in the fish tacos was way overdone, french fries were cold and soggy, the veggies were very cold and crunchy. We have had good food there but today there was something terribly wrong with each order. Very disappointed.
