I want to take a minute and tell you about this amazing place. I know it’s perfect in Jimmy Johns but it’s also amazing place because they support our community. They support the Boy Scouts and they support our veterans.
Not once but twice but three times Rob Thomas and his staff came out and supported Troop 23 and the VFW. I cannot tell you how delicious everything is but you must support those that support our community. Always a great experience at Jimmy John’s! The sandwiches are consistently fresh, delicious, and made exactly as ordered. Service is super fast—whether I’m grabbing lunch on the go or having it delivered, it’s always quick and reliable. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the store is clean and well-kept. Can’t go wrong with Jimmy John’s when you want something tasty and fast!

Staff lied about my late order. Told me it was ready and just waiting on uber for delivery. i drove the 1/2 mile to pick it up; lunch was for 10 managers. when i arrived, the order hadn’t been started. There were three orders in front of it. i ordered an hour and a half prior to that point. So disappointed, especially because they lied to me. Shameful!!

Me and my boyfriend hadn’t tried JJs before, so this was our first experience! Firstly, we tried to go to Marco’s pizza next door and they didn’t want to accept our coupon so we took our business elsewhere !

Horrible customer service with the exception of the manager. I ordered the veggie, a simple sandwich with avocado as the second ingredient, first bite in and realized it was dry. I open the sandwich and find there isn’t any avocado so I call and get a very argumentative woman who rudely explains that it’s in between the cheese. I go to double check and find the avocado, literally a teaspoon spread across the entire sandwich. For a sandwich with avocado as the second ingredient and acting as a substitute for meat I would have expected more but apparently I was mistaken. I always order this sandwich from JJ and never had this happen. The manager was nice and had another one delivered but I’m scared to eat it since I’m sure the woman that took my call spat in it.

I love JJ, but this location specifically is stellar. Always get my order correct, great customer service. Had an issue with uber eats delivering my order and Liz the store manager took care of me and was super accommodating. Good sandwiches and good people!
