I placed an online order for the 15805 Robert S. Crain Hwy Suite H, Brandywine, MD 20613 location around 6pm today, February 15, 2026. I picked it up around 6:15pm at the drive through. The PB Crunch flatbread sandwich that I ordered for my daughter had been eaten off of. We didn’t realize this until she was halfway through the sandwich. I am highly disgusted by the fact that my daughter has eaten behind a stranger. I put in a complaint the same day that this happened and never heard from anyone. Will never go to this location again.

I placed a pick up order and went inside, everything was ready when I got there. Employees are a quiet group, so if you’re expecting to be greeted or/and farewell then good luck bc you won’t get it lol otherwise I’m happy with my smoothie and breakfast wrap. I ordered island green and it’s very tasty, the wrap is good also.. not too much and not too little, just the right amount. Very cheesy as well, it stayed hot for a long time. Thank you!

I had a T-MOBILE code for free smoothie with purchase & ordered online but didn’t realize you had to add code to rewards section before purchasing. Immediately tried to cancel my order bur was unable to. I go inside to explain situation but allegedly nothing could be done to rectify the situation and honor my code. Apparently a manager is the only person who can cancel the order and out of the 4-5 ppl onsite none of them was a manager!!! Completely unacceptable that nobody on site could help customers beyond taking orders!

Watered down smoothie. These kids aren’t following the recipe. They put the ingredients in the blender then fill it up with ice. Which waters it down and waste products. Please retrain ans have them stick to it. This is my 5th smoothie where I have to ask for light ice.
