After waiting 45 minutes for order than being told 2 of my sides are no longer available while watching others come in and talk to people behind the counter get food and leave. I was told they paid online, problem with that is I paid face to face. Plus the lady that sat next to me paid while she was sitting there. Very poor customer service because of who you know. *Black Business Got To Do Better*

Customer service experience was SEVERELY lacking. I made a call in order, and arrived in store for pickup. Upon arriving at front counter, staff saw me at counter but NEVER acknowledged or greeted me. After standing there visibly for 5 minutes, I was forced to finally speak out and alert them of my phone order. Only then did they speak and give me my food. I know if I had customers coming in and paying $15 for a plate of shrimp and fries, I’d be MUCH more welcoming and acknowledgeable. And speaking of, the Bang Bang Shrimp were good, but NOT GREAT. Heavy on the breading and DRENCHED in sauce, the shrimp themselves hardly had any seasoning or flavor. However the amount of shrimp served was generous. Overall it’s ok for a first time visit, just to see if you like. As for me, I will be eating here sparingly.

We had a family dinner there last night and we were all pleased with our food. Party of 13 and everyone enjoyed it. Owner came out and spoke with us to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. Extremely nice and wait staff was good.

The service tonight was Horrible when I first called the people kept switching the phones like playing Tagg…. When we pulled up we reordered twice because they didn’t get the order correct. We received our order it was missing an item they argued we never paid for it but we did. Then they changed it up and stated it was on our plate already when we it wasn’t… With an attitude she stated she would drop some more.. We finally received it after everything.
Also there are kids in the area kids shouldn’t be behind the register area ALOT of kids I decided to give this place a shot after the bad reviews but I don’t if I would try them again

I came to the grand opening. It took me a while to get my food then when I got it it was wrong. They made it right though the best part of the evening was the gentleman talking to the people out side. He said he went by “Biggie” absolutely amazing young man. Customer service by him was definitely on point.
