This is a take out only location, its near my work. Their food is consistently good. I usually get a wet roast beef sandwich and a small cheese pizza. No seats. No public restrooms. No fountain drinks, have bottled soda and water etc to go. Take cash or credit/debit. Plenty of parking as they are in a small strip mall.

I just used the South Elgin Rosati’s location to cater the entrees at my daughter’s graduation party. I was very pleased with the beef but quite disappointed with the chicken tenders, fried chicken and pasta. I believe they were baked too long and were a bit tough and dry. The fried chicken was nearly black in color. I was kind of embarrassed to serve it to be honest. I won’t be using this Rosati’s to cater chicken and pasta in the future and will just stick with ordering their pizza, which I love and have never had an issue with. I’m sorry Rosati’s.

Good pizza, good service. -1 star because the manager has a sign up that says if the front desk staff gives out discounts they will have it taken out of their check. Unfortunately that’s illegal, and I don’t personally support that type of intimidation. Fire them if you want, but you can’t deduct their paycheck legally without their consent.

Terrible service I saw the cooks in the back blowing their noses. When I go up to the counter I’m told to calm and down and stop being impatient. I was just asking for my order like usual. Every Thursday I get a Italian beef with extra cheese, today I decided to get the cheese breaded ravioli a girl instead on getting. When I received my order the girl tossed it on the counter before sitting down on a package of water while the other rang me up. Turns out my food was cold, and my breaded ravioli was still frozen. I find this disrespectful and I do not recommend this place the service is horrible. I will be informing the corporate about how downhill it has become.

Folks, this store is run by real heros and a kind owner! i purchased 2 pizzas for 15 people without doing the math which would have meant 3-4 pizzas. ordered it on line the night before it was to be delivered. The owner on HIS OWN realized this wouldn’t feed 15 so he ON HIS OWN found a coupon and added a pizza to the order so the office i was sending this to had enough for everyone!!!! OUTSTANDING!!! A VERY GOOD TEAM to support!!

My first time ordering and it will not be my last! I ordered a 20 inch with Italian beef, pepperoni and bacon…it was done just right! They have a good team! Also i did ordered for pickup and it was ready on time!
Edit: I have been coming for 2 years! The sauce creates the pizza and someone has changed just that! I had the last 3 times thinking maybe some people were in a hurry when they made it, but nope it’s not that it taste like cardboard!! Im done!!

I order from this location often. I order pizza today and it was outstanding. Also want to say excellent customer service. Friendly help that always greats you when you walk in. Pizza is always hot fresh ingredients. Thank you for always making a good pizza!!!

We ordered pizza at 6:30pm, it was said to be ready at 7:30pm. We live 9 minutes away from the location. At 7:50 we called where the pizza is and they said “He left a while again he should be there any minute”. After another 10 minutes at 8pm we called again and the same girl said that she doesn’t know where he is so I asked her to call the driver and call me back. She never called me back so now I called again a third time and a different person now said the EXACT same thing. So we then told him to call the driver AGAIN and he left us on hold while calling the driver. And told us that he drove somewhere completely different. The driver was 35 minutes away from our house. He then arrive at 8:34 after we canceled our order. And he offered us the food for free but we didn’t take it because we already ordered from pizza hut who had it done in 15 minutes. ABSOLUTLY DO NOT recommend this place for delivery ever!
