This is a nice Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It is very modern and clean. There was a lot of areas to sit and enjoy what you purchased. There is many different flovors and options to choose from for the smoothies and service is quick. The food options are good as well. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The prices were a little high but all in all it was worth it to stop in.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR ANOTHER TROPICAL SMOOTHIE LOCATION. This is the last time I give business to this Tropical smoothie. Management is terrible and CHEAP! I ordered a detox green island smoothie and a chicken chipotle club flatbread. Instead I got a full glass of Ice with some greens I could barely taste anything in the smoothie, and my flatbread had literally three pieces of chicken one half strip of bacon and lots of dressing and lettuce. Total of $18. I trashed it and went to Moe’s Instead. This is the third and last time I order from this location. What a joke and a ripoff!!!

I usually order online and pickup. Today I went in to order and had a pretty weird interaction with the cashier. I ordered a drink for my child and he told me they wouldn’t like it. At first I took it as a friendly recommendation. I confirmed the order with my child and confirmed it with the cashier. He proceeded to try and talk my 3 year old out of her order. I confirmed it again and asked for no turbinado. When I order online it gives the option to make it without turbinado. Instead of excluding it he kept telling me that I want it with turbinado. It was really weird and borderline aggressive instead of just taking my order. I ended up just walking out. I question now if they even make online orders correctly.

This was suppose to be my go to place before and after the gym. Too many times I’ve gotten inconsistent smoothies. I get the same one every time, and each time it tastes different. This time, my smoothie tastes like something spoiled is mixed in to it. Motivated me to mix up my own smoothie at home!
