This is a great spot for dine in or take out. All of the workers have been kind and helpful, great suggestions. During busy times they give you a number and you park elsewhere and they bring everything to you. Seems to work pretty well and gets us all through quickly.

We usually get dinner after swim lessons at Culver’s Bayshore which is exceptional. Occasionally we stop at the one in Shorewood to bring home instead. We will not be making that mistake again.
Ordered at 6pm for a 6:15pm pick up. After being burned with online ordering at this location before, gave some extra time. By 6:25 I go inside and am assured it will be ready in the next few minutes. At 6:35 I go back inside and no one can even find the status of when my order could possibly be ready. I just flat out left after telling them not to worry about it anymore.
This was not the first or second time this has happened at this location but it was the most egregious. If they cannot handle online ordering I suggest they turn it off.

Never had any issues with this Culver’s. It’s very consistent. The food is always as good as expected it should be. I never have to wait very long to get my order.

The Culver’s on east capital has been in my experience top notch! Friendly staff surprisingly quick service, and as always the food is above par. Side note Culver’s has always been creative in finding ways to keep the menu exciting with fresh new items.

Girl with rainbow hair was very rude, especially to the coworkers that were handling food, one worker that was handling my food, was tearing up, i asked her why she just said her managers suck, and i knew exactly who she was talking about. I think that rainbow is getting to her head, so now she’s being hard, to relive the stress in her brain.

Service always great, workers always going hard! JUST ONE WORKER, FLAT OUT RUDE. Curly brown hair, GLASSES & brown skin .. If you ask me, literally bullying her co workers..me and my boyfriend was sitting near the area where they work on drive thru orders. She was telling her coworkers rudely to “ move out her way” demanding them to do things instead of asking w kindness. I was getting so frustrated that I couldn’t even remember all she was saying, just telling people “ move out my way” so we decided to POLITELY tell her kindly that she was being rude. Then she told us TO NOT SIT NEAR WHERE SHE WAS THEN while rolling her eyes. I asked for a manager she said “ I am the manager “
