I’d suggest giving this place a miss if you can. It seems like the management should not be managing, they’re clearly struggling to get things right. It’s a shame it’s not like the old McDonald’s. The food and service here aren’t great, and the wait times for both drive-thru and mobile orders are incredibly long. I wonder how many more 1-star reviews it needs before someone at the corporate level steps in and makes some changes. I received my food cold and was charged extra for items I requested, but it was still missing. Plus, the place has a horrible unpleasant smell.

Waited 25 minutes for my order to not even be correct! Also months ago got my order incorrect as well same location during breakfast. Won’t be coming back to this location ever. The Sweet Tea is also barely ever sweet during lunch time as I work in the area. Would be 0 stars if I could.

Made a mobile order, went to pick it up at 3:52am and was told by a male employee that “were not taking any orders right now” I tried to tell him that I have a mobile order that was paid for already, but employee didn’t even care, I pulled up to the drive through window but was ignored. Website says that you can order dinner items until 3:59am. This is not the first time this has happened at this mcdonalds. Won’t be coming back here because of this crap service..

I went there at 4am, didnt expect much to be honest. They answered the ordering box fast, had the order ready when we got to the window, and the food was hot. They forgot our sauce, however I still would rate it a 5/5. Highly recommend.

Every time I come here, the customer service has been so nice and awesome. They seem like they genuinely care about the customer. Even if they aren’t the fastest or get some mistakes.. the customer service is always awesome and honestly I’d rather wait a few extra mins for good food but the others are complaining on here about wait times. They are people too. & Yes everyone makes mistakes so as long as they aren’t consistent which I have not noticed here. For me the customer service can outweigh any wait time or a couple mistakes at times. Gotta give grace to the teams that care and are trying their hardest unlike the ones who don’t care and have bad food.
One other mcdonalds a customer seemed rude about the cold fries, and then they quite literally gave me cold fries after her attitude. So if that was a habit for them. Some seemed snotty and don’t care which you can taste in the food. But this location has been the best so far on every level. Always good hot food too. Good customer service really can give someone a boost in their mood and have a positive impact on their day.

Food was great! But we had to wait nearly 30 mins for our food!! We purposely went inside the place so we could attempt to avoid the crazy long line at the drive thru, but it didn’t matter. Still had to wait. But the food was cooked to perfection and even though I asked for a few special requests on my meal, they got it all correct… just took forever!

I am 9 months pregnant and went through the drive through tonight. Not only did they give me the wrong burger but it’s raw in the inside. I tried calling the store because they didn’t give me a receipt and no one would answer. I can get severely sick from this and I’m already high risk.

Great food and even better service! We came in around 1:00am on 11/06 and everything was 10/10. The person who took our order, I believe their name was Ethan, was incredibly friendly. Plus our order was correct, fresh and tasted great. Management, you have a great night crew!
