Reason for only 4 stars is the base of our açaí bowls (both that were purchased) seemed to be frozen rather than freshly made. Made it difficult to scoop into the bowl and enjoy right away. Was really hoping to love it here. Will try the smoothies next time.

Not only did he walk me through how to use the rewards app, but he also took the time to recommend a smoothie based on my personal taste and preferences. Called Tropical – they told me to call door dash?
I said you prepared the order – you are incorrect, not door dash- no accommodation or apology was made – manager said “ they are basically the same” ( the salad and wrap)
And if I wanted the correct order I would need to come to the store

I’m very disappointed with the service of this place. I ordered 2 smoothies online and when I picked them up, the young lady that went to give them to me told the girl who made them about how much she shorted my smoothie and the girl shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t care. I was asked by the young lady that was very helpful if I wanted them to remake it and I told her “No it’s fine, she has a horrible attitude “. I love the food and definitely the PB cup smoothie but this was very disappointing.

Smoothie king down south was my go to smoothie place so since I have been back in Rochester it was hard to find a good place.
Found this place very clean, very nice atmosphere. Staff very nice.
The smoothie I got was a banana smoothie omg so freaking delicious. So definitely going back. I also had their hummus veggie wrap very good.

Came in with them still open for 30 minutes. Was told I could only order a smoothie cause their kitchen is closed. While waiting for my smoothie I watched the get food online orders and they started prepping it. I asked why was I told their kitchen was closed if it clearly wasn’t. Then was told they were doing online orders only. I replied with fine I guess I will order my food online. Person cooking food said to other workers, man I don’t need this job she really gonna order food huh. I asked which was the manager and what their names were. They refused to give me their names and said they were both managers. Person cooking said she would refuse to make my food if I ordered and the person who was making the smoothies had to reassure me my food would be made if I placed an order. She then burnt my quesadilla and gave me banana that was already opened. 0/10.
