Stopped by Chicago Pizza & Grill on Edmondson Ave for a quick dinner pickup and it was a great find. We ordered a large Meat lover pizza + wings and everything came out hot and fresh. The pizza had a solid crust (not soggy) and the toppings were generous. The staff was friendly and the order was ready faster than expected. Good portions, fair prices, and I’ll definitely be back.

Did a pickup order and it was ready on time. The food was packaged well and still hot when I got home. Pizza was cooked evenly with plenty of cheese, and the wings were crispy and seasoned well. The guy at the counter was polite and made sure my order was correct. If you’re in the area and want a reliable pizza spot, this place delivers (even for pickup).

The food is below average. No taste, it’s very bland. Good for a quick snack when nothing else is open or you don’t feel like driving too far to get a bite to eat. Personally wouldn’t reccomend as a regular stop in.

I work for a Baltimore City school and today we went on a field trip. Often the bagged lunches are gross so today I decided to get 6 extra large pizzas for all of our second graders. I called the night before to place the order, the person I spoke with was kind. I left my number and the pizzarea called 30 minutes before my delivery time just to make sure I still wanted the pizzas. It was delivered on time and they were hot. My students really enjoyed their lunch today. Thank you Chicago Pizza for making this happen today.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. On January 10, 2026, my family and I ordered from this establishment. The driver called from the car requesting that we come get the food. He reported that he was handicapped and shook his left leg. We went to the store and spoke with the manager via one of the worker’s cell. The manager indicated that the driver was not handicapped. This writer requested the store’s licenses number and this writer was told they don’t have them posted. This writer was denied access to the license number so that I can file a complaint. While at the store, this writer observed workers handling food without gloves, also, did not wash hands in between handling patron’s food. Furthermore, the floor in the lobby was extremely slippery and there were signs posted. The workers in the store were extremely rude and were laughing while customer was explaining the situation.
Also, I’ve filed a complaint with the State of Maryland concerning this situation and the fact they don’t have their licenses posted in the store which is a must! Roni, the manager did give me $3.00 which was the delivery charge. However, it’s the principle of the matter. He indicated that his drivers don’t get out the car after a certain in certain neighborhoods. I don’t live in a bad neighborhood at all. Don’t fault me because of the bad experiences. If that is the policy, then patrons should be notified before placing an order for delivery.
