Don’t let the owner and Chef fool you when you walk in! She was raised in a Jamaican household and cooks like she was raised in the islands. The food is great! Well worth the price for ordered foods. We even were given desert by the owner on the house. Please don’t expect this when you walk in. It was a great experience and whenever I visit Florida this will be a stop for me. Curried goat, oxtails, stewed chicken etc was fabulous . Very clean, and well stocked with items you may not be able to to find anywhere else with ease.

The food is horrible, it’s a disgrace to the Jamaican cuisine. They can’t even cook rice, the vegetables taste like It was soaked overnight in salt water. Ordered steamed fish I got fish covered in curry paste. Whoever is the chef needs to be banned from cooking. Whoever commented on the post don’t be trying to say I’m lying bcuz I always have proof. This is the steamed fish you guys sent me. If y’all need help I can have a cooking class free of cost. Just to save my country cuisine from you people.

Got lucky and found myself in Ocala where I noticed this Jamican spot. Growing up in Connecticut I would go to this Jamican restaurant all the time, so I figured I would give it a try. The place was very clean and cool , thank god. It’s very hot out. The food was amazing, and they had coco bread witch I love to eat with my beef patty. It was so yummy. If you love a good spot with great Jamican food, then you need to try this spot out! 5 stars!

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. Appearance, the parking lot is well keep, this restaurant is well kept; upon entering I notice the floor, and tables are very clean, no flies or odors. Customer service was excellent, received food timely. I ordered lunch, had more than enough for dinner also. The management is very caring, checking to make sure all was well. Offered a free sample of desert; It was very good.
